This elegant hotel boasts a privileged location right in the centre of Marbella, just a short 10-minute walk from both the picturesque Old Town and the promenade to the beautifully fine sand of the beach. The airport is about 35 minutes’ car ride away. The onsite restaurant, with its extensive list of local and selected beverages and its carefully created menu of traditional and international dishes, is an excellent dining alternative. Guests may love to spend the day on the outdoor swimming pool, which is in the rooftop, they can admire the beautiful city views while enjoying a sunny day. Bugs in the room
Ants and earwigs on the kitchen counter. Uncomfortable beds and old furniture. Tiny television and shower that won't drain properly. Carpets in the common areas and hallways are stained, old and smell bad. Breakfast is very basic, cheap and not much variety. The only positive is the location. Certainly not a four star hotel.
Another great visit at the Princesa Playa
Fantastic location and friendly welcoming staff on Reception, thanks to Alberto, Frank, Juan, Miguel, Paco and Raual for all their assistance. As always the chambermaids did an amazing job and the standard of cleaning is very high. I have visited here for over 15 years and it has never disappointed.
Stay awy if you want a peaceful holiday
Nice hotel with a great view of the beach. But a outside training camp with local youngsters playing loud techno music afternoon and evenings

Lovely relaxing stay
Great four day stay here with my husband and our friends.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, from the minute we stepped into the reception we know we were going to have a great stay.
The whole place is kept very clean and we had a great cleaner. Breakfast is very nice, with plenty of choice.
We felt the surrounding area was very quiet and so we had a good rest.
We left early this morning for our flight home and as we weren't able to have breakfast, they made us up a goody bag to take to the airport, with water, fruit, biscuits and a sandwich.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here, as its so close to the beach, shops and restaurants, with beautiful old Marbella town just behind us.

Spring Break
Great value for money, hotel in a brilliant location .Staff excellent especially on the reception very friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but very clean .Great for a short break .
