Great stay in Marbella Club
Beautiful pools, a relaxing atmosphere and excellent service made for a great experience. Weather was a little cooler than expected for the time of year and drink prices were extortionately high. However overall we enjoyed it and would return.
Fabulous quiet luxury
Incredibly beautiful resort with lots to do! This gem checks all the boxes for luxury. There was so many choices of things to do yet it felt like a cozy, relaxed happy place. The service is impeccable. The food was top notch. We will definitely be back!

The best!
A wonderful week enjoyed at the Marbella Club. Gastronomy excellent and with attentive but never intrusive staff. The Beach was a joy and the team working there excellent. We had an excellent vacation and came home throughly rejuvenated. I must mention the gardens which were beautiful and well manicured. And I saw my first ever parakeets. Outstanding!

Iconic hotel
I kinda felt like James Bond could be hanging around. Stunning scenery, incredible service and fantastic food. My only disappointment would be the beds and the spirts. The bedding is lovely but the mattress feels a bit worn out. The selection of liqueur is not quite what you would expect from a hotel like this. Wine list is great and breakfast is really nice. All in all this is really really nice place. When you stay in such an iconic spot your expectations are really high. So you find yourself looking and judging everything. So if my only comment is about the spirts and the mattresses you know that the hotel is hitting most every mark. I would love to come back here some day. A very special Hotel.

Wonderful Suite
I've had the privilege to stay in a number of great hotel suites around the world. On my recent visit to the Marbella Club Hotel I booked the Principe Alfonso suite. I would have to rate it as one of my favorites. It was not the largest nor the most luxurious. It did not have a breath taking view nor a butler. But immediately upon walking in I felt at home.
I had watched the video tour on the website and although very accurate, it didn't convey the feeling. Classic without feeling dated. Tasteful, comfortable and inviting. The outdoor spaces exceeded expectations. Room service meals at the outdoor dining table was most enjoyable.
However... although housekeeping kept the suite spotless, used glassware, plates and flatware for the fruit would be removed but never replaced. We had to call for replacement.
The Principe Alfonso suite is located adjacent to the Children's Club. Although school was in session, we were surprised by the number of families with preschool children were at the hotel. When they were outside at the Children's club they were easily heard from our terrace. This was especially true every afternoon from 4 to 5 when they would play loud music and evidently the children would beat on drums. Fortunately, it ended promptly at 5.
Overall Marbella Club Hotel may have lacked a bit of the polish of a Rosewood, Belmond or a Four Seasons. However the Principe Alfonso suite made up for any short comings and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend Marbella Club, but with the warning of the large number of families with children.
