Linda Boutique Hotel

This was our second stay at the Linda Boutique Hotel, this time 4 nights in the accessible room (which was amazing, but i’ll get to that!)

We were greeted by the fantastic staff and although we were considerably early for check in, we were able to leave our belongings in the store room of the hotel while we popped out. We received a text message to say our room was ready some 2 hours earlier than the check in time stated prior to our arrival!

The accessible room was fantastic, wardrobe storage space, a coffee machine, large wet room walk in shower and a very comfy bed! Just some of the highlights. The room is cleaned daily if you prefer, just advertise the clean my room sign in your door handle.

Breakfast is included which consists of croissants with jam/butter or ham and cheese. There is also a small buffet on in the restaurant area which has boiled eggs cereal yoghurt etc. 1 hot drink per person is also included.

The highlight of our stay was when there was a mass power cut across Europe and unfortunately we didn’t bring cash so we’re without any money to buy food or drink on our second night stay. No worries, the amazing hotel lent us €50 to make sure we could eat, supplied water to all guests and we also had a minibar available!

Adorable hotel in an ideal location. If you want to be close to bars/restaurants, the beach and all that Marbella has to offer this is the place to stay. The street the hotel is on is stunning. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Nothing is too much trouble. Lovely roof terrace for drinks or just to chill out. Overall a great stay.

We were looking forward to staying at the Linda hotel as it looked so lovely when booking. On arrival we were allocated a ground floor room off the cafe that, although beautifully done out had no windows, just a skylight in the room and bathroom. Although that wasn’t great I really had to ask for another room when it became apparent the room had no soundproofing…… but there was, unfortunately no other room available. So we had to put up with a room, hearing people going up and down the stairs, in the reception and cafe. The worst noise though was from a laundry room/staffroom next to our room where the noise of the washing machine, extraction fan and loud staff phone calls was pretty bad.

Please realise Linda Hotel, some sound proofing here is urgently needed if you want your customers to be able to relax and get decent sleep!

I’m sure if we’d had a different room we would have had a much nicer stay as the staff were lovely and so was the breakfast and beautiful roof terrace.
