Gem of a hotel
On arrival at the hotel we didn't expect much, but when we excited the lift into reception we were pleasantly surprised. It's a beautiful traditional hotel, spotlessly clean and decorated in old Spanish style, white washed walls, beautiful tiles and wall decorations. Our room was big and spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows. Good size bathroom with hairdryer and over bath shower. A fridge was provided the only downside was no kettle provided so I bought a travel kettle in resort. Best breakfast ever, plenty of options to choose from along with various teas and coffee. Very central location for transport and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Cannot fault anything bedding and towels changed every other day, staff brilliant. Not many sunbeds around the pool but with the beach so near It's not a problem.

Highs and lows
Hotel was clean, the room was large, big walk-in shower. Great location, in the old town 500 yards from harbour and beaches. went half board but the food for the evening meal was cold, stuck it for 3 nights hoping it would change but it didn't so we ate out for the remaining 4 nights.
Nice hotel
Very nice hotel with traditional Spanish feel about it spotlessy clean friendly staff well located to beach and bars etc pool area not brilliant could do with more sunbeds breakfast choice very good but cooked items where cold most days over all good hotel
Problems with Aircon
Booked for two nights as it had a pool and aircon included. Unfortunately whatever we did the aircon kept switching itself off, leading to us getting little sleep.

Good hotel with minor downsides.
So first of all the good points, great staff and great food, rooms are good as well being nice and clean and being centrally located. Downsides are no balcony, pool is not great, only around 13 sun loungers in total, you also can't buy food or drink there, also no lifeguard either, but the beach is close by. If the pool or balcony doesn't bother you then it's a great place to stay.
