Sun by pool only til 230pm. Rooms small for price , reception service bit slow . For price of 300 euros for 2 nights for 2 people very expensive for what they offer . Cheaper to book on their personal website not booking. com. Would not book here again

Just returned from a lovely 4-night break. I have stayed here before as a solo female traveller, and this time we wanted a short getaway right on the beach with a nice room and a sea view.

The hotel is perfectly located—far enough from town to enjoy peace and quiet, but close enough if you want to explore the shops, restaurants, or nightlife. The beach is directly in front of the hotel, and everything you need is within walking distance.

One thing to note is that the sun disappears from the pool area around 3pm, but with such a beautiful, clean beach on your doorstep, this wasn't an issue for us.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I was particularly pleased to see how accessible the hotel is for guests with disabilities. There were many wheelchair users and families with additional needs enjoying their stay. The pool has a hoist, which is something many hotels don't provide, allowing both children and adults to use the pool with ease. It was great to see such inclusive facilities available.

Our room was cleaned regularly, with fresh towels and bed linen provided throughout our stay. My only criticism was that the tea, coffee, and milk supplies in the room were not replenished, even after we requested them.

The bar service could also be improved. Service was quite slow despite payment being taken upfront, and the bar staff were not as friendly as the reception team. Considering we tipped, this was a little disappointing.

There is a supermarket just behind the hotel, which is ideal for stocking up on drinks, snacks, and pastries for breakfast. The beachfront restaurant directly opposite the hotel is perfect for lunch, and the nearby fish restaurant is excellent if you're looking for something a little more special. The ice cream shop next door serves some of the best ice cream we've ever had.

The small streets behind the hotel are full of tapas bars, shops, a pharmacy, and places to browse, giving the area plenty to offer without feeling overly touristy.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. I just hope the hotel takes on board the feedback regarding room replenishments and improves the bar service.

Absolutly awful hotel mainly attracted to spanish people. Stayed half board . We only ate 2 nights in the hotel . Nothing labeled right only in spanish a picture of a pig . Sheep. Fish were the only labelling given . Nothing to say what it wS cooked in , a tomato sauce or gravy . NOTHING . It was also cold asked for it to warmed up , sorry do not understand you .The restaurant was open from 7.30am for breakfast . Not good for early risers . Dinner 7.30pm start no good for children or early diners. Swimming pool had dirty serviettes floating in it . We asked for room to be cleaned every other day . They made the bed . Did not replenish the tea bags and we had to get milk as nothing supplied . To me this is not 4* or even 3* Loved fuengriola but hotel no no no.
