A Perfect Five-Star Experience!
We had a wonderful stay at Higuerón Hotel Malaga while celebrating my birthday. The whole team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially the reception staff.
A special thank you to Marcos, Paola, and Manuel for their kindness, care, and attention. They surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a beautiful birthday cake, making my celebration truly unforgettable.
The breakfast was absolutely luxurious, with an incredible selection of fresh, high-quality food. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is elegant, sophisticated, and truly five-star. We loved spending the day at the rooftop pool, and our dinner at Agora was the perfect ending to a fantastic day.
Thank you for making my birthday so special. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful relaxing vacation
We absolutely loved our stay at the Higueron Hotel in June 2026! Initially, I had booked through Hilton Honours, who indicated that a specific duplex room would be fine for a family of 4. However, when we got into the room, it was definitely only good for 2 people. We went right to the desk to ask if there was an additional room we could change to, and the head of customer service was so wonderful, she absolutely changed our rooms and they were amazing! The food at the restaurants was spectacular, and we thoroughly enjoyed going to the beach and eating at the Beach Club! Every individual we met that worked at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a better vacation!

Good quality hotel
Good quality Hilton resort hotel. Check-in was seamless, the restaurant served good food and breakfast. Staff were professional.
The layout of the room was a bit strange with the bathtub visible from the bed.

Pool towel drama
Gold members and travel quite a bit but never have we experienced such drama over pools towels (especially in a high end hotel)! There are 3 pools on different levels and a towel is like a piece of gold... you get asked for your towel card, your room number and your name each time you move to the various pools. And if you take another pools towel to another pool, you have to return it before you can sit down! Feels very dramatic... not sure why you can't just be given a towel, especially as you need to get various lifts to each pool. Drink prices within the hotel bars also vary...a jug of sangaria at the rooftop pool is about €24 whereas the main pool is €18.
Apart from that the hotel is lovely. Clean rooms, nice sangaria. Very relaxing and the hotel smells amazing!

Amazing Hotel.
Fabulous hotel, the ambience, the staff the food , the service ,all amazing. I travelled solo, I highly recommend this hotel, there is something for everyone. I will visit again. ☺️
