GREAT LOCATION value for money
Fantastic value for money.. beautiful gardens excellent location friendly hard working staff vast choice of food and drinks..it was our second visit and not the last..in our opinion it deserves more than a 3star rating..no negatives from us.. see you all again soon

Please read before booking
Hotel was basic but clean, staff were friendly and funny apart from the reception staff, food was a little on the cold side sometimes but there was a microwave to heat it up, plenty of choice too. Entertainment was good. The biggest downside was someone decided to enter our room without our permission and went through our luggage etc, nothing was taken thankfully but felt reception staff weren’t helpful or sympathetic at all not even an apology for what we went through, didn’t even come to check the room just were told go to the police. So a little advice make sure that all belongings are in a safe.
Fantastic stay as always
Yet again another fantastic holiday here with family and friends! We love coming here so much that we booked the next holiday here whilst we were there! Lola George and Dani are absolutely amazing and really make the experience special. They are an absolute asset to the hotel and always make everyone feel welcome and included. All staff are very welcoming friendly and accommodating especially the reception staff.
We look forward to coming again next September!
Good and bad
A girls weekend, good points - rooms basic, but shower, air con all good, bed comfy. English chanels on TV, Location great. Plenty of bars and restaurants if wanted,pool cold but area nice, food cold but used microwave, we went out one night for dinner had a lovely evening and then it went down hill, we returned to our room, and noticed something wrong, friends suitcase was laying on floor, and my suitcase had been broken into, padlock pulled away from suitcase which then broke the clips, unable to use, the lining zip undone, English change tipped loose into it. Clothes all messed up. Nothing missing though. Weird yes! My main concern was had they got my details from passport or driving licence? Door not damaged, so key used to access, Reported to reception, told to come back in morning, we did, told to go to police station. Now as per friends reviews response, the ALLEGED room access... i have photos of broken suitcase items on the floor, police took is seriously, Easyjet took it seriously, yes it was strange nothing taken, can only assume was after cash or phones, so if not true, why would we have wasted our last day travelling to the police station, I would have rather been on the nice terrace sunbathing! So a little compasion from the staff would have been appreciated, even a sorry, come and look at the damage, but no, would i go back to the hotel, yes I would have, but after their written response, saying alleged, no support in our eyes, no i wouldn't, shame because we really did have a nice time!
For a big hotel very relaxing
Love this hotel we go every year in June so friendly clean the food love the fish and breakfast staff lovely the garden area so relaxing feel at home the minute we are arrive lovely at night eating outside then going upstairs to have a drink facing the sea we will be booking for our sixth time next june
