Hotel a 3 star but staff make it a 10.
Stayed for a week with my family of 9. The animation team George, Lola and Dani were absolutely brilliant. Got everyone involved in the day time activities which made it really fun. Our interconnecting room was plenty big enough with a sea view. Every where was spotless clean and the cleaner Alacha was always happy and chatty. Breakfast and lunch were really nice, Pablo welcomed us most days into the restaurant. Always plenty to choose from. Didn’t really think much of the evening meals so we eat out most of the week. It was our wedding anniversary while we were away and the hotel put a bottle of Prosecco in our room which we enjoyed on the balcony looking at the sea view. We had an issue when we first arrived with our door but it was quickly sorted out. Plenty of sun beds to choose from and different places to sit if you didn’t want to be by the pool. Hotel is in a great location by the beach. The rooms are very dated but didn’t go there to sit in the room, it did exactly what we needed. Apparently they are getting a refurb in October. Overall a 3 star hotel but the staff make it a 10 star. Meet loads of different guests from all over the world. We will definitely be back.

Just returned from the Globales Gardinia . Standard hotel but set in beautiful grounds over looking the sea , I say standard as rooms are standard but spacious and clean , with lovely bathroom. The staff here are amazing ! I can’t commend them enough for there hard work, genuinely seeming like they want you to have a great holiday ! Animation team especially good ! The only thing that unfortunately lets this hotel down is the food . I hate giving negative comments as like I said above all the staff cooks waiter/waitreses bar staff cleaners , animation team, you can tell work so hard !! But the food is quite far below standard in my opinion . Breakfast is minimal hot food minimal pastries minimal and quality poor . Evening meal I ate salad and chips 2 nights and 3 nights we went out for an evening meal which left 2 nights which one was ok Mexican night was ok . Entertainment is good ! This hotel is a gem . But the food needs attention . Hope you take this as constructive criticism . Thanks to all the staff for the hard work !

Where do I start? It's in a fantastic location with beautiful walks either side (we did one every morning through the back gate). The food is fresh and plenty of variety. The omelettes in a morning are just beautiful 😍 The entertainment was quite good but we only went to 4 nights of this. The staff deserve so much credit, particularly the omelettes chefs, Pablo (he's so happy and greets you at every meal), reception staff and cleaners. We had an issue on the last night with a water leak which was resolved straight away at 3am and we were given another room around the corner. The pool is lovely and there's plenty of sunbeds. Look out for the parrots 🦜! Very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Gardenia hotel fengirola
The location was perfect right on the beach easy access to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely atmosphere. Lots of smoking all around the pool area which wasn't great. Sun beds very close together. Outside dining was lovely they had separate area for non smoking but people ignored the signs and continued to smoke not good when you are eating. Rooms very spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable. Very clean but dated. Apparently they are having some upgrades. Closing from novemeber to February for refurbishments. The food wasn't the best very bland and not very hot. Lots of salads and fruit. Alot of things not refilled. For example no bread left at 10am when breakfast didn't finish till 10.30. We ate out alot. The hotel was very clean no complaints there. The service was very good all staff worked really hard and were smiling all the time couldn't fault any of them. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything in the room next to you. People very noisy at night coming back to there room. They had lots of activities going on through the day and evening . The entertainment team never stopped worked long hours to keep guests happy. As do the bar staff always cheery. The entertainment for children at 8.30 then from 9.30 for adults inthe evening singers, quizzes etc. Overall we had a lovely time but hotel needs a few changes. We might go back in the future as there was some good points. Don't think I would go all inclusive if we did. Just because of the food .
Hotel Globales Gardenia fuengirola
Just back from our stay in globales gardenia. It was a late booking. We upgraded to all inclusive direct with hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the location was ideal for us. Loads of sun beds and a number of areas to sit including a roof solarium and garden area. Food was plentiful we particularly like the snack area which was open all day and was useful when returning from a day trip. The staff were excellent. I particularly found reception staff always obliging, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We also were provided breakfast for an early flight. We were on the 8th floor. I recommend the higher floors as the view of the sea is amazing. I would be very happy to return
