Rules, rules, rules, this hotel is like nothing I have experienced before, most hotels will do their best to accommodate their guests who have paid to stay there this hotel seems to do the complete opposite n take joy in pointing out it is hotel rules. For example you can not eat or drink anything at the rooftop bar unless it is bought there, at extremely high prices, the staff are very rude and abrupt, one girl in particular who has been mentioned in many reviews but still continues to work here?? The restaurant in the evening at dinner does not provide drinking water, u have to buy a bottle, I brought down water from my room in my own bottle n was told I couldn't drink it, surely this is a basic provision, water to drink with your meal, I had bought a bottle of wine my first night n a glass my second night, to note dinner is 17 euro, with no water provided , the pool doesn't open until 11.00 am, seriously in summer month's when we are paying a lot to stay here, I am really interested in hearing managements feedback to my review very unhappy guest.
Love fuengirola. Love the golf and nightlife. Hotel was lovely. See yous next year.
Central to everything. Reception staff lovely to deal with . Pool staff, especially female staff very rude.
Great hotel
Second time of staying here hotel very clean staff very nice and friendly excellent location for everything only one suggestion roof top pool doesn’t open till 11 which is a bit disappointing but had a lovely stay definitely be back next year

Lovely relaxing stay
After reading poor reviews we were dubious about staying at this hotel but booked due to the central location. We were very pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was and how friendly all the staff were including pool bar staff. Yes pool does not open until 11 am but really did not effect our stay. Towels were changed every day during our week long stay with room cleaned every day too. There is a fridge and kettle in room with a small supply of milk tea, water etc on arrival. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lifts lifts lifts and stairs
Location good across from beach which is where you will end up most of the time. Pool is 10th floor. Only one lift to it though unless you take normal lift to 8th floor and take the stairs last 2 floors. Opens at 11 so you will find the staircase is full of people waiting. Or queues at the lift. Today Saturday no roof bar (by pool) until Tuesday! So have to take lift to bottom floor for a drink. Strict on where you can sit for a drink and if u need top on. There are two buildings we upgraded due to terrible bathroom layout no privacy at all. Would not come back. Probably worst place I’ve stayed.
