We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ikos Andalusia. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, the food is outstanding, and every member of the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome.
A very special thank you goes to Anita, who made our stay even more memorable with her kindness, professionalism and warm personality. She went above and beyond to make us feel special, and her thoughtful gesture on our last day truly touched us. Employees like Anita are the reason guests can’t wait to return.
The restaurants, beach, pools and overall atmosphere were exceptional, and the level of service throughout the resort was truly five-star.
Thank you, Ikos Andalusia, for an unforgettable holiday. We are already looking forward to coming back!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Having stayed at several Ikos resorts over the years, our expectations were understandably high before arriving at Ikos Andalusia. Thankfully, it lived up to everything we’d hoped for and more.
We stayed in a Beachfront One Bedroom Suite which was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and decorated in Ikos’ signature bohemian style. After our journey we were welcomed with Champagne and hot towels before our private concierge gave us a tour of the resort on the way to our suite; a lovely touch that immediately made us feel like we were on holiday.
For me, it’s the little details that make Ikos stand out from other luxury all-inclusive resorts. By the second morning the breakfast team remembered exactly how I like my tea, while the pool staff knew our favourite cocktails before we’d even asked. It’s this genuinely personal service that keeps us coming back to the Ikos brand.
Food and drink were excellent throughout our stay. There was so much choice that we never found ourselves eating the same thing twice, and the quality was consistently high. Seasons and Provence were our standout restaurants, not just because of the food, but because the teams there made every visit feel special.
The pool service deserves a mention too. Ordering via the QR code from your sunbed couldn’t have been easier, and drinks, snacks, crisps and even fresh watermelon arrived quickly throughout the day. I also loved that as soon as we chose our sunbeds, a member of the team appeared with towels and adjusted the parasol without us needing to ask.
One afternoon the weather took a turn, but rather than letting guests sit around, the hotel organised a complimentary shopping trip into Marbella. It wasn’t something we’d expected, but it was a thoughtful gesture that summed up the Ikos approach to guest experience.
Our minibar had been stocked with the wines and spirits we’d requested before arriving, and finding a bottle of Taittinger waiting in the suite is a tradition I’ll never get tired of.
Ikos Andalusia strikes a wonderful balance between relaxed luxury and understated elegance. More importantly, every member of staff we encountered seemed genuinely proud of what they do, and that comes across in the service they provide.
We’ve stayed at a number of Ikos resorts now, and Andalusia is certainly one we’d happily return to. Thank you to the whole team for another fantastic holiday and for helping create such special memories.
Just back from a fabulous holiday at Ikos Andalusia. The resort is impeccable and the staff are fantastic. Special thanks must go to Lenka, the Food & Beverage Concierge, who went out of her way to assist me with my need for gluten free dining. Lenka met me on the first day and then contacted me daily on WhatsApp to make sure I knew that the gluten free options were at whichever restaurant I had booked. Lenka also arranged special orders (gluten free pancakes at breakfast!) and even surprised me with gluten free treats in my room. Each of the restaurant’s resorts had been notified that I was gluten free before I sat down to dine each evening. I was completely able to relax and enjoy the holiday without worrying about food (all of which was absolutely delicious). A rare thing. I can't wait to return.
We had a great experience at Ikos Andalusia on our family holiday. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating of our little boy’s multiple food allergies. Big shout out to Lenka from the catering team for meeting us upon arrival to discuss his dietary requirements and then liaising with the kitchen staff to make sure fresh safe meals were prepared daily for him. This truly made our experience as a family. Thank you again!
