Just had a 9 day stay at this hotel Every aspect of it was great from start to finish The best thing about it is the attention to detail by all the staff The staff at reception had arranged for us to have the room we asked for and provided a bottle of cava for my husbands birthday with a box of chocolates So special thanks to angelque and Diana We stayed on a privilege basis and that was great. Breakfasts in the morning with really fresh orange juice If you just take a minute to talk to the staff cleaners gardeners and pool guys as thes are the people that work so hard here to make our stay perfect Pool is great and it’s literally 10mts to the beach on which the hotel has private beds and umbrellas. All free by the way

An Oasis!
Walking this piece of coast it became evident that between H10 and Costa natura there are no places to eat or drink, so thankfully we found the H10!
Great service, cold beers and well priced sandwiches with fries.

Short stay with friends
We had a lovely stay here and found the hotel to be clean and a good variety of food on offer .my only criticism was the lack of teas available such as herbal and green but other than that ,the stay was,pleasant and the staff always helpful

Filthy carpets but some good points
Wish I’d listened to rep or came on here. Arrival staff forgot to tell us room was ready. After 4am start another 90mins sitting about waiting for holiday to start was disappointing. No one said sorry - obviously. Very tired - hallway carpets heavily stained with bleach - covered in hair. I noticed as I had to sit it on it for 30mins waiting for the batteries in door lock to be changed so we could get in. Again no apology. Room had weird oversized pleather chairs etc and would have preferred a twin with my daughter than the double. Again no apology. Room was kept clean if the hallways weren’t. WiFi, TV etc all good. Beach was a gritty postage stamp so few guests ventured out. Pool chairs quite hard to find considering hotel not full but preventing early bed reserving was welcome. Huge amity internal spaces but surprisingly cramped dining spaces. Most of the space was indoors which is disappointing as Brits love breakfast outside as it’s such a treat. Food and offering good at breakfast. Lacking in choice at lunchtime for snacks. Very long walk to Estepona for dinner options but bus cheap (cash) and efficient.
