Globales Playa Estepona

My experience this holiday is really quite disappointing. The drinks were watered down, and the food was so bad I had a bad stomach. The room was very clean. Also, they don't cater to special needs children; there's no support. The water slides are very strict; my son was only just above the line. The bumper cars weren't safe; the staff member who ran them was not paying attention to health and safety. They were using their phone while on duty. Also, ice cream isn't free, and cocktails are a complete rip-off. Ring floaties are only alond in the pool. A very disappointing holiday.

This Hotel isn't what you would call a true all inclusive. There are temptations all over to spend money to entertain kids. The rooms are good (extra for safe and pool towels) Note that the water park is open to the public so it get extremely busy after 10 am til 6 pm. The biggest problem for me was the lack of supervision of kids of all ages. Parents drinking and leaving the kids to play football in inappropriate areas. There were 2 young children driving a double mobility scooter around the pool areas and they even drove it into the restaurant and their parents helped them park it by asking diners to move. The Hotel staff did nothing to stop them. There is a lot of water as you would expect and it is extremely slippy walking around with drinks. There accidents waiting to happen all over. The theme restaurants are very good but they don't have a children's choice. The Hotel is up to Globales usual standards, but it is too busy, and you cant do anything about todays lack of parenting skills. We wont be returning.
