Pools too busy
The hotel is very busy. Here now. The pool is mayhem. I cant relax watching my son and families children. We do always get beds though. The tikki bar is good. Friendly staff. Had a breakfast. 32 euros for 2. It was good food with lots of choice. The panarama bar.. The outside tables hardly get cleared. Great views. The lifts are a nightmare. The studio room is big enough for me and my teenager but more than that, you would struggle. They lip sync at the entertainment. It's OK. Expensive for drinks. The supermarket across the road is handy. It seems the Spanish are allowed big boats in the pool, yet yesterday I watched the lifeguard measure this poor autistic boys rubber ring and he was told he could not have it. Been twice now to this hotel. I won't again in peak season.

For regulars and young families
There is a lot to like about this hotel.. the cleaners for room 833 were excellent.. navigated around 2 teenagers! Lovely comforting beds and clean crisp bedding. Kitchen very well fitted out! Everything you need is provided.. Room was ok I don’t believe it was a refurbished one the air-con was excellent. In my view its a fab holiday for younger children offers a lot.. Supermarket was pricey but offered freshly baked products and everything you need.. Things I didn’t enjoy .The sunbeds! Was a joke gate locked until 9am queuing from early.. then everyone runs put towels on most and i mean most of the beds.. three guys went to front of que when people moaned said we are not english we don’t que .. heard them laughing about it later in the morning they saved over 40!! Sunbeds.. they are regulars apparently hotel was full sunbeds left for hours people could not find beds-and staff are easily intimidated which I do understand! Lots of large groups who return a lot so they feel it’s their hotel especially in the hotel bar ! They look past you and serve regulars. Restaurant food was ok The animation team and team at Tikka Bar work hard enjoyed live music whilst eating nightly was very nice

Brilliant hotel
This hotel is AMAZING . I'm currently here as a solo family and we are having the best time... don't want to leave.
Rooms are gorgeous, cleaned every day and like the rest of hotel; totally spotless.
The Mini club is fantastic open 1030-1730 with a break from 1330-1500, my son is loving it.
Pool area has 2 children's pools with 2 other pools which do get quite deep quickly.
Restaurant food is lovely, sometimes a little cool like most buffets but always plenty of food
No tourist tax and safety deposit box free.
Would highly recommend this hotel, will be back and I am a travel agent who will definitely recommend to my clients.
Brilliant entertainment every night .. lots of choice between venues

To big, many old units. Beds are small and uncomfortable…
Many families with kids that are running and ringing bells every night and then ran away . Old furnitures. Small fridge that can barely fits anything. Beds that need to be replaced. Tv didn’t have any normal channels.
The ocean near is full of rocks. Too crowded. The units need a lot of renovation.

Arguably one of the best hotels in benalmadena, we went with our 2 kids half board the food every night was amazing and each evening had a culture day. The rooms were cleaned everyday, and the rest of the hotel itself was spotless, the pool area was spotless too, there was so much for the kids to do, from the arcade to the kids clubs, we already have booked again for July 2027
