A good 4* hotel
Great location easy access to the beach. Staff and rooms were great very friendly staff always helpful. Good value for money was half board with plenty to eat and enough variety for us (we are not foodies lol). Our room was on the 6th floor with a sea view and a balcony if I went back I would request a lower floor as quite scary that high. The only bad review is no animation team and who ever though that DJ in the evening was a good idea needs to read the room and age group. Not much entertainment but the saxophonist and girl singer were excellent. The communal areas are lovely and the games room, although on the website it did say table tennis which hubby and I both play which wasn't there? There is room on the lower level outside if you wish to invest in one. But overall a lovely hotel so thank you.

Lovely hotel
Staying in riviera hotel been many times miss the Aqua fit that’s not on now no pool games ect updated hotel partly nice furnishings life guard at pool is good nice to see him watching and doing his job well , food is nice not a lot of choice now on a evening but always find something to eat this is still a lovely hotel with pleasant staff 😊
Lovely holiday
Stayed at this hotel a few times now, lovely to see the refurbishment they have done, it was beautiful before. Food was still very nice, plenty of choice for everyone, rooms lovely, abd the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pool area very nice, and refurbished. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Well situated for beach and all amenities. Pool area was very clean. Too many of the double beds, you needed to spend 85 euros to use. Very rarely got used. Pool guy was very helpful moving beds and brollies. Didn't have to wait too long for a sunbed but can imagine it's not so easy later in the season. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely book again.

Changes at the Riviera
Hotel has had a refurb now as had been delayed for the past 2 years (badly needed as last refurb was in 2012 we were told) as we couldn’t remember. Rooms & hall ways have been brightened up, rooms have blackout curtains & large wall mounted TV’s you now have a choice of different type of rooms from essential to suites, If you pay for the suites you have access to an exclusive lounge area with tea, coffee & cold drinks which before the refurb was wasted as very few people used it. Pool area has a lot of wasted space where Bali beds have been added @85€ a day for a voucher which has to be spent at the pool bar on food & drink. To be honest I think they could fit in at least 20 more sun beds round the pool area. Pool towels are provided & changed when needed at reception, they will be removed from the beds after 1 hour if they are not used. The grounds are looking neglected compared to previous years. Again wasted space in the lower ground where there are tables & chairs no umbrellas and no one using them, could they be replaced with sun beds? Roberto & his team are doing a great job as usual in the restaurant, breakfast is is excellent it covers everything you could want, always found something to eat for evening meal, show cooking to salads, the cakes are lovely, the only thing that lets it down from what people that have been previously have said is the dinner time which has been changed from 6.30 to 7.30, please can management look at this & change back to 6.30 for the evening meal for next year.
