Great location
The good Great breakfast Great location, near beach, shops, restaurants & bars. The not so good Probably the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in for a while, very hard. The pillows are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on... no bounce, no softness.

Medplaya Alba beach Benalmadena
Ok hotel ,great location just across the road from the beach which we used most days ,pool was ok although busy ,clientele was mainly about pension age so not a place for youngsters ,felt like a saga holiday ,breakfast was the usual BnB buffet which was fine also a McDonald’s next door for the fussier eaters ,staff were friendly & helpful ,rooms were cleaned daily and balcony had great sea and mountain view’s ,a good selling point see accompanying photos ,only complaint was the lifts are tiny (2 people and a case) so getting back up to the 4th floor was not fun at busier times ie post breakfast ,Hotel was rebranded a while back and they are slowly raising the standard they had all new loungers for example and the bar area had been updated ,entertainment was nightly and free so all in all a nice break away

Nice hotel
Hotel was lovely room was good facing pool and on the 1st floor which l had asked for all staff lovely everywhere was clean it was great u could have lunch instead of dinner which let you try other restaurants only thing l would have liked was a bit of music at the pool just for background
4 night half board break
Good location with nice facilities. Very chilled out hotel and nice staff. Room basic but clean and had everything we needed. Pool clean and tidy with plenty of beds, pool bar is very reasonable. Half board Food was nice, although wasn’t a lot of choice there was more than enough options. We did breakfast and lunch and ate out on evenings as it was very cheap in local places. Overall would staff again. Nice touch was free pick up from airport. Cost €30 in taxi back to airport.
