Excellent location
This hotel is in an excellent location. Lovely rooms and friendly staff. Great food choices with plenty of fresh fruits etc for breakfast and plenty of dinner choices. Very relaxed atmosphere at pool areas. Night time entertainment was very good too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fabulous adult only hotel.
2nd time at this hotel and absolutely loved it. I love the quirky decor and the ornaments that are around the hotel. The location could not be better. Right beside the marina and the promenade. The staff were extremely helpful. Anything we asked for was there almost instantly. Our rooms were cleaned daily and the toiletries were really nice. First time I’ve had good shampoo and conditioner. We aren’t great swimmers so the plunge pool in the roof was great for cooling down. The pool bar had good snacks drinks and their service was excellent. I couldn’t single out an individual as they were all fab. Smiling and helpful from breakfast to closing time. The entertainment was really good. Enjoyed going out for dinner and returning in time to catch some of the show. There is an Italian restaurant in the same corner as the hotel and it’s brilliant. Also, if you decide you want a sit down breakfast Wilkies at the gates of the car park is excellent .

Not great
First off i"d like to say Benelmadena is a lovely place to visit however the hotel alay was at best average,2 main problems the first the breakfast was horrible tasteless and bland they even messed up the porridge, the second was the housekeeping every day we would leave at 9 get back bout 4 they would be in the corridor when we left but when we got back room still not done turn up at 415 when we were chilling having a shower etc.so we explained the room was empty all day to no avail the room was cleaned once in 10 days shocking minor issues like the shower overflowing due to bad drainage,average bed quality,damaged fridge became more of an issue the entertainment was also bad overall 3/10 the view was nice though and the pool we went to was ok...one last point the lucky lucky men were a great laugh but some peoples reaction to them was at best rude and worst well lets leave it there

What beautiful hotel very clean in prime location right by beach and marnia, staff were lovely and pleasant and helpful, pool up top only lounge pool but beautiful plenty loungers to lay on, pool at bottom by grass area, for having swim which was lovely in hot weather, only down side that pool needs little up grading but part from that amazing, poolside bar fab meals lovely and cocktail top nosh 😱 our room was over looking were we could see the sea, and marnia, fabulous couldn't wish for better room big spaces, air con was to die for it was lovely sitting on balcony over looking everywhere breath taking, we had late departure on wed so after checking out our room there was a secure place for our luggage, and we booked with reception to have shower b4leaving in one rooms so feeling nice and refreshed, we had bed and breakfast which was lovely plenty choice, over all we will be coming back to bemildena and will stay in this hotel again near to every were 10/10 Thankyou for wonderful and lovely stay..
Rude barman.
Lovely hotel friendly staff ideally placed for marina. First day woken up at 5am by a crowd next door at least 8 of them shouting banging chairs I went on the balcony to ask them to keep the noise down. 5 minutes later my door handle was tried and someone shouting in a foreign accent it only happened once so I didn't report it. Second thing there is a bar attached to the hotel called victory corner, avoid it's expensive and one of the barmen was rude G and T very small measure when I asked him to top it up he waved me away I know the 5 second rule when pouring out of the bottle this was 2 seconds. I've lived in Spain For 6 years go to the Costa del sol regular if you want expensive drinks with short measures go to this bar. Not sure if it's part of the hotel or leased I'll never go back to this bar, If you go check your measure's. It's a shame because the hotel and staff are spot on.
