Great hotel
Beautiful hotel very clean staff is amazing especially Raquel she was very helpful. Will definitely be returning next year.
Great hotel very clean and modern
Hotel was in a beautiful setting and was obvious a lot of refurbishment has happened at the hotel as the facilities were very good . Breakfast was very good although a little samey but at least it was consistent. The check in staff were pleasant although very slow at checking families in . Rooms were ok although the last day they only gave us a towel for a family of three which I found very strange and we did witness other families have the same issue . People want to get ready on thier last night of the holiday and not have to chase towels and wait nearly an hour to get them . Just small things but the staff were all very friendly. Would stay again
Not recommend
The food was very disappointing. It lacked flavor, the ingredients did not seem fresh, and the meals were served cold. The menu had very few options, and the quality did not match the price. Overall, I would not recommend eating at this hotel.
Lovely hotel.
Just back from a lovely week at this hotel, room was lovely and clean and great views over the beach, pool and front of hotel we were on the 11th floor. Lift broke down a few times which wasn’t great for my mum with mobility issues. We were half board food was great but a bit repetitive. Pool area was ok not enough umbrellas and a bit sloppy and muddy on the grass. People jumping over the fence and skipping the queue to get a bed. Service very slow at pool bar but the prices were very reasonable. Great location for the beach, bars and restaurants. It’s a beautiful hotel just a few things let it down.
Schlechte Erfahrung
First of all, the hotel staff leaves a lot to be desired, just like the cleanliness. The staff is not always friendly, especially at the reception.
The rooms do not look exactly like they do in the photos. At the restaurant, many of the glasses and cutlery were dirty or not properly washed. There were also many ants in both the restaurant and the room.
Empty bottles were left in the room for several days, and the towels were not changed daily.
In my opinion, the hotel should pay much more attention to cleanliness, including the hallways, elevators, and restaurant.
I would never return to this hotel. Considering how much I paid, the quality of the service was very disappointing.
