Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. 10/10
Great hotel well placed.
Our 8th visit and it still stands out. Staff as always very friendly and nice. Very helpful on any queries we had. Now looking very modern after a long refit and extension. Restaurant clean and food lovely. Going back next year! Only downside was entertainment finishes around 11 11.30 at night so hard to get a early night.. Plenty of seating and sunbeds, pool's all good 👍.
The best service, staff and views in Benalmadena!
Last minute booking for our 25th wedding anniversary. I sent an email to ask if I could pay for an upgrade as it was a special occasion but hotel was fully booked so nothing available. How nice to find that despite not being able to give us an upgraded room, they sent a complementary fruit platter and prosecco as a gesture. The hotel, rooms and staff are first class and I cannot recommend a better place to stay in Benalmadena. Thankyou for an amazing stay and great memories. We have already booked our next stay!

Great holiday
We stayed here with our 5 month old, and being our first time travelling I was hopeful the hotel would suit us. We really enjoyed our stay and found the hotel clean throughout. Only interaction with staff was during check in as we didn’t eat here but the lady was friendly and gave lots of information. I noticed someone left a review stating their rooms weren’t thoroughly cleaned however this wasn’t the case for us - every day the room was deep cleaned. Floors washed, towels replaced and beds made etc. We always came back to the room smelling and looking really clean.
The only thing I’d note is that the entertainment at night is rather loud which we hadn’t realised, our room was right above it. Luckily our baby slept through it but it was quite noisy until about 11pm. The lift situation was also a bit of a pain as we had a pram so the stairs wasn’t an option, you do have to wait a while. But if you are able to take the stairs this wouldn’t be an issue.
Overall a great week and we would definitely return.
