Just returned from 10 days at Triton after enjoying a 10 day stay last year. We felt disappointed with a lot of the aspects of the hotel this year.
Cleanliness: beds at Sky lounge were dirty, seats outside at the front that overlook pool area of downstairs bar covered in black mould.
Stayed in premier room 3217. Cleanliness not good balcony not cleaned hairs all over and dust. Towels taken only brought back one hand towel and one bath towel despite two people no bath mat replaced. Only one bed made despite two beds being used or blankets just thrown over and not made. Complained to reception who said this would be addressed, this was not.
Food: breakfast was varied and fine, evening meal awful cold repetitive some days food trays not replenished.
Some male bar staff in main bar not friendly and rude as though serving was a chore. We had been in restaurant had bought bottle of wine then bought two more glasses of wine whilst sitting outside bar area. When we were retiring to our room, my husband asked for a cup of ice. The male staff member asked where we had been sitting and kept repeating this, and said to another member of staff they want ice and obnoxiously said to us thats 50 cents We do not expect to be treated in a demeaning manner after spending thousands for this holiday especially over a cup of ice definitely will not return.

Beautiful hotel and staff, but thought this year the food let it down.
Disappointed
Disappointed with this hotel. The room was ok but the storage space wasn’t great, 3 clothes hangers each. The sink took ages to empty, the design was not good. The tea/coffee in the room isn’t replaced you have to buy replacements at €6.20, problem with that is you only get 2 coffees and 2 tea bags. Cheaper to buy a supply from a supermarket. The food was repetitive and not the best and the restaurant not laid out to deal with the volume of guests, felt more like a transport cafe. We just felt having stayed in other 4 star hotels in the area this one was really not up to that standard.

Good hotel rooms where big and clean beds comfortable pool area was clean only thing that let it down for me was pork on the menu every day
