Lovely hotel , & looks very grand, room allocation good, worth paying upgrade Lovely sea view rooms Negatives Problems with the drains ,smell awful in the room Large swimming pool areas, hotel full capacity, not enough shaded sun beds around pools Gorgeous bar & small pool on roof top , but no umbrella to keep sun off sun beds very disappointing as paid for premium and was far too hot to use. Hotel very clean in all main areas, although rooms cleaned daily, but we had been there 6 days/nights & not once was our floor cleaned or beds made Just towels changed & bins emptied We visit Benalmádena yearly and thought we would give this hotel a try, but have been very disappointed

Great 3 night stay
We stayed at the Best Triton for 3 nights to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and for a quick break away, honestly the hotel was stunning, so clean and room they gave us was fantastic. The room was huge and was perfectly placed over looking the sea. We were bed and breakfast so can only comment on the breakfast but it was good, lots of choice and stocked up well, thank you for a lovely trip and we will be back!

Nice hotel with room for improvement
Pros . Location great . Rooms lovely . Showers great. Pools lovely. Drinks v reasonably priced. Beds comfy. Air con amazing . . Cons the lifts are ridiculous for a family hotel . No air con in dining room . No ramp on back entrance so we had To carry prams up and down or walk the long way . Food v average (not much taste to anything) . Entertainment terrible (apart from mini disco and day time activities).

Family&friend holiday
The location was right next to the beach with amazing views. The rooms are amazing and the atmosphere is right next to all the clubs- karaoke bars and restaurants would highly recommend!!
Fantastic mix of hotel and its surroundings
We went bed and breakfast, because of the excellant location of the hotel, allowing us to eat out. Breakfast was perfect and the dinner in hotel which we enjoyed on two occasions was very good for the 20 euros pp paid.
The hotel has had a lovely modern refurbishment with plenty of space. All the staff are excellant and accomendating. We booked a trip to Fengerola market, and Mias Pablo. The weather was very hot so helped with a break.
Our room gave us everything with a full sea view, with exception of the wardrobe space for hanging clothes, it was something you find in a caravan.
We loved this holiday, and the hotel so much we have already booked again for June 2027 the same package, hoping that being as I have mentioned the size of the wardrobe on both Easyjet and the hotels reviews that it will be greatly improved.
For us as a couple, the hotel was just right for everything needed for a pleasant package holiday, with exception of the wardrobe space.😂
