Nothing not to like
Location is very good as it is central to the beach and the bars and restaurants at bonanza square.
The pool area is lovely as is the bar area. A very nice comfy sitting area as well inside the hotel where you can have a nice quiet read. The restaurant is also good and I certainly have no complaints about the food.
Our rooms were fine though we did have to change as the air con was soo noisy but it was too hot not to have it on. It wasn’t a problem though, the reception staff gave us another key card so we could go and inspect another room and check out the air con which turned out to be brilliant. The maids are also very good and clean the rooms perfectly.
Another tip is that whilst we were there, we came back to our room one day to find a kettle, cups, tea and coffee. We went down to reception to tell them they’d made a mistake but no, they now supply kettles etc in all rooms.
Can’t say anything about entertainment as we go out in the evenings.
All in all we had a great holiday in a lovely hotel.

Great hotel, foods Amazing, centrally located and barman Pepe is just fantastic!
My first impression was the reception staff were not friendly, seems like they were bored in their job.. Just about said hello! I got a nice room side Seaview and near my friends thank you so much! The house keeping was Amazing a clean room every day, I thank you.
The carpet in the hallway is old and brings down the look of the hotel. Noisy doors bang at night time from the lift and customers coming home.
The food was really Amazing, loved the variety and show cooking. Staff were not friendly, the manager did not lift his eyes to say hello!!
Swimming pool and bar area was great, food was delicious and the wine. The service was brilliant. Pepe works so hard he was just amazing. His manager sat at the bar all day and didn't help at all!! We had to wait in a queue for so long. I found this very unprofessional. Your staff would need training in Pr.
The location is excellent just take a short cut to the shops and then through a tunnel to the beach.
I would highly recommend this hotel. I don't think I'd go back to Benalmadena, not my cup of tea. I loved old town Benalmadena.. Old.. typicall Spanish. We had a great time, thank you so much

8 of us stayed at the best siroco. Lovely hotel, great staff, great food and well situated for the golf courses we played. Overall a good experience and would recommened.
Great holiday
The room was excellent. Had great views of garden and sea.very clean with cleaners in every day.all the staff from the cleaners ,bar staff,reception staff so friendly and helpful.the garden area and pool area realy good and clean.enough sun beds so no need to run and fight for one.cannot moment on food as room only but will say walking past restaurant looked very nice and heard other guest saying food really good.already booked for next September

Great Stay
We have been to this Hotel before and have found that they have upped their game with regard to a lot of things . The pool area has been refurbished with a nice new pool bar. The gym equipment has also been replaced with all new items including bikes weights and treadmills . I know this hotel only has 4stars but we find that it is excellent value for money and would definitely recommend it. We will also be returning
