Excellent beach from location great vibes always a subbed available anytime of day. Lovely rooms great pool snack bar with very reasonable prices

Lovely hotel, very clean and rooms were cleaned every day. Staff very helpful and gorgeous pools (quite small though and limited sunbeds)- can rent out pool towels and once you return them you get your money back (very useful). We didn’t have kids with us but very good for children lots of activities for them each morning! Very good location- less than 5 min walk to the beach and lovely atmosphere. Small restaurant in the hotel but unsure if they serve dinner but didn’t mind going elsewhere each evening it was nice to explore the area. Definitely would return! 8/10

Poor stay, welcomed at the beginning of the holiday but throughout the holiday the staff were very unwelcoming and unfriendly, if you were english spoken hardly help was given or hearing i dont understand what you are saying, we had to ask for beds to be changed?! Baring in mind cleaners were in every day but sont know what they cleaned we also had to ask for clean cups and glasses in the room as dirty ones were left when we spoke to receptionist they said they would send cleaner up when cleaner arrived she started to make the bed we had to say no it needs changing, yet again we got I dont understand, my partner had to use Google translate to say we asked for the beds to be changed and she then started pulling bedding off, no areas in the rooms were cleaned other than beds being made unless you asked! we spoke to reception many times about different things and also rang down to be hung up on! Staff in here are not friendly and find them quite rude. The views from the rooms are stunning and nice to sit on a balcony and look at the sea. Food was ok but very repetitive. When checking out we were pulled by a very rude woman behind the desk to say we had made complaints and there was nothing she could do now and we had not spoke to them before my partner said we have been down many times and also rang to be hung up on. I said I do not find it acceptable to have to call to have the bed changed we got back bluntly there are too many beds to change everyday! We weren't asking for everyday but if we hadn't asked we would have been sleeping in the same sheets for 7 days! To which she shrugged it off, we stated we left dirty cups on a tray to be changed and they were left in the room we had to ask for them to be changed to clean ones for us to have a drink, she said we'll the maid musnt have understood you. I'm sorry but FOR A 4 STAR hotel I would expect better standards than we have been met with this week!
