Located in Benalmadena, in a residential area just 200 m from the beach and Malaga Airport is about 8 km away. This hotel is 2 km from the city centre and its many shops and entertainment areas while the stunning Marina City is only 1 km away. The hotel offers a cosy bar, a souvenir shop, a TV room and a restaurant. The hotel also offers laundry service and the younger guests will be entertained at the kids' club and playground. The hotel boasts a water park, with a lake pool and water games for children. For the younger ones there are two animal-shaped pools, a shark and sea serpent, a mushroom-shaped shower and a tower with two water slides and a splash bucket that will make for an exciting holiday.

3.5 star pleasant stay
The hotel is nice enough. We were a family of 4, two adults and two under 3 years olds.
The pool is brilliant for children and is the main reason we chose this hotel.
The food is ok, there were 2 nights out of the 7 where the food was substandard. Otherwise we found something every night which was nice enough. The deserts are typical hotel cakes - bland cream and basic sponge.
The rooms are basic and a big squeeze for a family of 4 with a cot and pram in the room, but we made it work. They were clean enough but some dust under the beds.
The entertainment area is a basic too, and lacks any decor or style, we only stayed for the mini disco. Kids entertainment staff are great and all the staff are friendly.
Location is great for the beach. However, it’s a 30 minute walk to the harbour where it is a bit livelier. There are regular buses which can take you to most destinations which we made use of having a pram and two children. 7 days is probably enough as you would run out of things to do.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but think 4 stars is a bit of a stretch with the pool area doing a lot of the work to get it there. Would rate this hotel 3.5 stars as 3 would be too low. However, it does not seem a 4 star hotel as it has been awarded.

Great for families
Nice hotel, but more suited for families than couples. It is great for children with life guarded pools with slides and a play park. Just a short walk to the beach and strip with bars and shops so great location. We tended to use beach more as had no children with us. The food was very good and restuarant staff excellent although I think the drinks at the bar should have been cheaper. Rooms were nice although our A/C wasnt great and was noisy. Cleaning staff did a superb job and reception staff were excellent. All together a nice fortnight holiday with plenty to do and see.
Do not waste your money
Defnatley not 4* star hotel. Fridge seal was corroded door to bathroom looked like a rat had chewed it. Broken tiles in bathroom, balcony top was filthy never went in pool as all around top the tiles were really dirty. Alot of astro turf around pool which had problems of dropped food on it. On my last night for some reason my sister pulled the mattress protector up and the mattress was urine stained. (Yuck) had i seen it beginning of week would have asked for it to be replaced. €36 euros to hire a kettle plus €10 deposit and €26 euros with a €10 deposit for an Iron safe i can not remember what the charge was for that…. ( hence i brought a travel one) £7.99. Ridiculous charges in my opinion. Now the food well hardly ever warm, not a great choice same things every day. Salad best thing. By end of week some of our party could only eat bread and cheese. The beach across road was lovely and a great meal at bottom of road at cocos sports bar. To top it off transfer was 45 minutes late had to contact tui. All in all my first time in Benalmadena wasnt great, lovely area fab harbour but just dont choose this hotel

Great place for kids
Good place if you have children but not as good for adult couples. They really do a lot for children & adult entertainment is non existent. Rooms are clean & comfortable & breakfast is excellent.

Poor value for money
Situated up a small hill A little out of the way to main shopping bars and restaurant areas , however they are accessible by local bus . This hotel is definitely not a four star more like a 3 , food was luke warm and very repetitive. Very limited choice for children . Plates were not cleared away promptly , we were doing this ourselves . Not everything was labelled. 51 euros for a safe and 36 euros for a kettle was excessive. After reading reviews about items being stolen out of rooms we were locking away everything in our suitcases every day which was unsettling and very inconvenient, Staff interaction with us as guests was virtually zero . On a positive note there were lots of sun beds available throughout the day . Rooms cleaned daily but bed sheets were not changed at all during our week stay . The mattresses were stained in both the rooms we occupied . This hotel needs work to come in line with the four star label it has .
