Just a short transfer away from Malaga airport, this perfectly situated hotel is just 250 metres from the lovely beach of Benalmadena and within walking distance to the centre, where a wide range of restaurants and bars are available all year round.
Opened in 2004, this modern hotel is equipped with all standard amenities to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The hotel is suitable for both couples and families due to its range of facilities. It has a large outdoor swimming pool and summer terrace is perfect for those lazy days in the sun; with a snack bar and disco bar at hand you do not have to travel far to get a bite to eat or a beverage to quench your thirst.
If you're looking for something a bit more energetic to do whilst in the resort; there is a games room and mini golf available on site as well as a sports area and fitness room. A large entertainment programme is in place to fill your days or nights with something a bit different. When you feel like winding down, a trip to the spa or the sauna won't go amiss.

The apartments are bright and spacious and feature a separate bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed, a dining area and kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric hob, fridge and microwave. All rooms are complete with free Wi-Fi and finished with a terrace featuring views of the mountains. Rooms also include air conditioning/heating. Pool view and sea view rooms are available at a supplement.

Overall we loved our stay.
So many positives to post about this hotel. Reception staff lovely and very friendly. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. Lovely fresh smell after the maid had been in. The breakfast to 11am (first I’ve ever had this at a hotel always been 9:30/10am) was a win for us I actually got my teenagers to breakfast. The freshly made orange juice was delightful! The pool is spotlessly clean and the fact that loungers are not allowed to be reserved works so well for this hotel. We never struggled to get a lounger after breakfast and it stopped the lounger anxiety I normally have lol! The pool had different activities throughout the day to keep the children and adults entertained. The lifeguard was maybe just a little too strict at times, children naturally jump in a pool so it was difficult to stick to that rule of not jumping in for them. But he is probably part of the reason the pool area is so clean, tidy and organised. Overall we loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

Very badly ran staff rude do not care about guest's complaints ignored room only cleaned once during a weeks stay WOULD NOT Recommend worst holiday of my life went to celebrate my 60th birthday will remember as had such a bad experience there

We’re on our final night at Benalmádena Palace, and we’ve had a lovely week here with our family.
The food was very good, with plenty of choice every day. The snack bar was excellent and offered delicious food, making it a great option if you wanted to stay by the pool or relax on your sun lounger while eating.
We walked to the beach a couple of times, which is only a short stroll away. The walk back is quite steep, but as a family of eight we didn’t mind it after enjoying all the food and drinks included with our all-inclusive stay!
The children’s entertainment, evening shows and kids’ club were all fantastic. My eldest daughter didn’t want to leave the kids’ club most days! The entertainment team worked incredibly hard and really made our holiday special.
A very special thank you to Jesus, who truly went above and beyond for my daughter and nephew. He was always so kind, energetic and fun, and the children would spot him from a mile away and run over to give him a high five. He made them feel so special, and seeing how excited they were to see him every day was wonderful. Thank you, Jesus, for helping to make our holiday such a memorable one!
The Beny performance was lovely to watch. It’s such a fantastic idea to get all the children involved and give them the chance to perform—it was one of the highlights of the entertainment. My daughters and nephew also really enjoyed the awarding of certiciates, another great idea and really helped boost my daughter confidence.
Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful week. We’ve made some lovely family memories and would happily recommend Benalmádena Palace to others.

Kids entertainment is fab! Thank you ☺️
We have absolutely loved our stay at Benalmádena Palace, but the “Beny’s Around the World” show deserves a special mention. Our daughter was given a main part in the performance, and it became the highlight of her holiday. She absolutely loved every rehearsal and every second of being on stage. Watching all of the children perform with such confidence, excitement and joy was something we’ll never forget. The show didn’t just make the children’s night—it made everyone else’s too. It is a memory our family will treasure for years to come.
The entertainment team are the heartbeat of this hotel. They create an atmosphere where every child feels included, valued and excited to come back each day. There is a real sense of friendship, comradery and shared purpose within the team, with the children always at the centre of everything they do. As a teacher in the UK, I really recognise and appreciate this approach, and I feel it deserves genuine credit.
A huge thank you to Jesus, who is simply incredible. He has such a kind, caring way with the children, and Rosie always felt so special because he was genuinely pleased to see her every day. We have actually missed him today—I think it must be his day off!
Thank you as well to Fabi, Vero, Claudia and especially Steffi. Steffi has become Rosie’s “Ariana Grande”! While she’s beautiful inside and out, what really stands out is what an amazing human being she is. She has such a sharp eye for fairness during the children’s water polo and basketball games, making sure everyone follows the rules and every child gets a chance to enjoy themselves. Because of that, Rosie had so much fun and always felt included. She’s our family’s favourite—but honestly, the whole team has been fantastic.
This group of young people are the lifeblood of Benalmádena Palace. They work incredibly hard, bring endless energy, and create memories that families like ours will cherish forever.
We’ve had an amazing holiday and are still here until Wednesday. If anyone from the hotel would like to speak to me personally about this review, I’d be more than happy to do so.
