Beautiful hotel and setting. Exceptionally clean, however, not up to last years standards! Staff were not as friendly or helpful! Music was terrible! Dinner was very average and luke warm! No television in rooms as they told me it was not a smart tv and I would have to buy a firestick to make it work - not really acceptable for a 4 star hotel that cost £2.4k for 5 days (incl. flights with jet2)! I was so excited to be back but was let down…. Also last year at the same time there was entertainment every night in the sky bar - not this year 😞! Sorry for a disappointing report

Brilliant, friendly, clean hotel!
We were very happy to return to this hotel a second time. We had a lovely, friendly welcome from Philippe on reception and our room was ready, although we had arrived early, so that was a bonus. Our room was lovely and clean, no complaints. The road could be noisy when you sat on the balcony but wasn’t a problem for us, and the double glazing was excellent so a very quiet sleep. We found the bed and the pillows extremely comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices and my husband loved the freshly made omelettes. The pool area and the sunbeds were great, never a time when there were none available. The cleanliness of the hotel was, we thought, exceptional. The cleaners for our room were very thorough and left our room smelling fresh, and clean. We found some great restaurants locally, big shout out for Aquarium Restaurante, amazing food. Also, Jacks, at the Marina.

Not The Best
The only good things about this hotel are the location and the cleanliness. The house keeping staff do a great job. However, the food quality was poor. Breakfast was limited and I didn’t see any gluten free options and very little in the way of a hot breakfast for non meat eaters. Omelette was the only choice. Lunch time menu for gluten free and vegetarian was non existent. Beds were like sleeping on a bed of nails and breakfast didn’t start until 8.00 so if you had a pick up time for your last day to the airport as we did at 8.30 then we missed out. There’s a night club on the roof as well and we could hear the music banging.
Such a beautiful hotel
This is our favourite Hotel in Benalmadena. Stunning sea views, nice comfortable bedrooms, perfect location on the beach, easy walking distance to the Marina, direct beach access and a stunning pool. Nice calm relaxing atmosphere, great breakfast and a lovely rooftop bar.

Very relaxing hotel
Located a short walk from the Marina, this is a fantastic place for a getaway. From the minute we arrived, the staff were all friendly and very helpful. The rooms are bright, modern and well equipped. The shower is amazing All this was enhanced by a first class service from house keeping who serviced the room daily and provided clean towels, if required.
.The overall atmosphere throughout the hotel is very relaxed. We opted for half board and weren’t disappointed. Both breakfast and evening meal was Buffett with a huge and varied choice. There was always plenty of staff who were very helpful with seamless clearing of tables and providing drinks ( not included but easily added to your room or pay at the end).
Hotel amenities included a heated indoor pool with sauna, jacuzzi and thermal showers. I used these twice and they were never busy. Outside is pool with plenty of seating.
Entertainment was provided on most nights up at tge sky bar. The views from there are pretty spectacular but I have to say I didn’t over rate the entertainment. If I’d been 25 years younger I’d probably have enjoyed the music on disco nights!
We booked direct with the hotel and would say we bagged a good deal.
Would we return? Definitely 😎
