Lovely hotel for a break in Spain
The staff were friendly, hotel was clean throughout and buffet had a wide choice, with allergens clearly labelled. Pool spaces were limited, we decided to stay mostly at the adults only area. Lifts are in need of replacement, they take ages but the hotel is large so you often need to use them. Would highly recommend!

Lovely but won’t be returning
Sadly won’t be returning. Pool situation is stressful. Pool not big enough for hotel capacity. Be prepared to queue EVERY morning for a sunbed or lay your towel on the pool floor. Lack of life guards or staff. No one cleared rubbish or bins throughout day around pool. Lovely hotel such a shame. Beach not private, packed at weekends!
Exceeded Our Expectations
Great location, delicious food, and very friendly staff. A special thank you to Monica at reception for her excellent service. The only downside was the lifts, which were quite slow. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and the sea view rooms offer stunning views.
Long weekend away
Lovely hotel, great staff all round, especially Fabian at the pool bar the AI cocktails could have been better would definitely revisit.

Past this hotel many times, all ways intrigue what it was like, stayed for 4 nights H/B , recently..just blown away with the hotel experience, room spottless everything's you need ,safe include, food lots of variety and hot, hotel approx 4km from the hub of Benalmádena But take the bus (120 Just outside the hotel) less than 10min €1.60 and ever 20min,Train Station also available but up a HILL,what makes this hotel excellent is its staff
