Perfect Hen Party 🥳
Came for my hen party 🥳 have had the best time hotel is beautiful food and drinks are fantastic - Daniela was so much fun getting us all involved in the aqua workout and poolside games !

Can’t wait to come back
From contacting the hotel Prior to arrival to arrange a special surprise nothing was a hassle and we were looked after very well, rooms fab, tidy everywhere, we had the best time

Greta location, poor security, terrible lifts
Location was amazing and close to Torremuelle train station for easy access to Malaga Lifts were very poor and unreliable. The property is 12 floors and the stairwells are not air conditioned. Walking up them was a real problem as waiting for the very small and cramped lifts was too long . Our hotel room door was left open by staff when we were out one day and caused significant distress as I needed to check my whole room to make sure nothing had been taken. I complained but received no call back from the duty manager despite requesting one.

Beaches, two enclaves. Beautiful calms water. Quiet.
Views from lobby, bar and balcony are stunning.
Main pool.
Cons
Lifts. A disaster. 20minute wait times. Sometimes never came. Had to carry a stroller 10 stories countless times. Also the stair door loudly bangs when going through and everyone was walking because of the lack of lifts. I'd say tge noise in the rooms there was horrific.
Pool does not open until 10!
Beach bar closes at 6!
Only one light in room, all on or none. Ideal for waking a baby.
Air con takes 90min to feel any effect. Can't imagine being there in a heatwave.

Pool beds are extremely uncomfortable. You'd prefer tge old school blue ones for comfort.
No response to any email regarding reservation
I have been trying to contact this hotel for 3 days regarding my reservation. I had been trying to change the date of my stay to next month as there was an issue with our passport. When we phoned the hotel they told us we would have to email them which we have, with no response to any email. I had two rooms under my booking, one which is currently being used, the other was my room which I was trying to change the date of stay. Now this room has no one checked in, my money has been taken and mo one is responding to my emails.
