Lodge falling apart, ants everywhere, skirtings falling off. Very dated and not up to standard. Paid a fortune to take my family here and very very disappointed. If you book just normal all inclusive and not ultra do not pay 120 euros for the italian, was the worst food we have ever had, didnt finish it and walked out. Food is really really poor. We ate out most nights. Pools and entertainment is good but its basically a haven caravan park in the Spanish sun!
Second time at magic robin hood. First time was in lionheart accommodation. This time in Nottingham chalet completely different experience. Limited space to store clothes which was exacerbated by cupboards screwed shut. Shower cubicle could only be described as grotty.
Very bad experience! Food terrible! Place is filthy & drainage stinks next to pool Infested with Ants! Restaurants booked out! Robin Hood show don’t waste your time or money! Little Shop in resort is extortionate! Awful experience! Honestly if you’re reading this review just don’t bother it’s a complete waste of a holiday.
A ohnist review don’t go if you pay over the odds like we did and don’t upgrade to allinclusive plus.
So I would not reccomend this It’s butlins abroad for Spanish Food is the worse I have had yet we upgrades to premium plus waste a money exactly the same as allinclusive just about exept the restraint that you can not book for a time u need, the drinks are not premium it’s the exact same as standard? Premium is Gordon’s gin & the cheap Spanish beer from tap but every guest gets this but to me that’s standard the wasps about the place is somthing av not seen
The Robin Hood show is in Spanish & the horses look not looked after when you go a walk round and see!!
The food truck up the back of the swimming pool I was nearky sick a young boy who was cooking had all the cling film off the food flys were lying on the food some flys in the hot dog water I had to walk away I forgot to report this wen checking out,
Another food stall I asked for cheese toasty said no only ham and cheese I am a veggi so that’s not an option and they don’t give u a option to get anything else so only thing I had was chips for hot food. Pizza to the room was the best thing about the food.
So food is diabolical Rooms clean and ok hot tub are right on the main walk way so no privacy at all. The pool ok slides were good for the kids need to be over 1.3 tho case u have a short child. Buffy was discusting the amout of people touching things with hands and no staff looking was sickening we enver went back in after 2 days out 7 Overall if you get cheap get away go if u don’t don’t go.
Came home yesterday after a fab holiday here. Will definitely return here.
The cabin (in fact the whole site) was spotless. We had two showers which was a big bonus, and the air con worked well. The whole site seemed well staffed.
The Bollywood show was outstanding, as was the medival show. The horses looked so healthy and well cared for with gleaming coats and beautifully ridden (as horse people ourselves, that was great to see). We also saw them turned out during the day grooming each other and sleeping/ rolling, and generally being happy, relaxed horses.
We made full use of the ultra AI to enjoy the games room, pizza delivery, a day out at the zoo/ water park, an hour in the spa, ice skating, and use of the hotel's shuttlebus to the beach and back. Honestly so much to do, and it all suited my teens/pre-teens very well.
I found the hotel app really useful for keeping track of everything we could do, and the times for everything. It was nice and clear, and easy to use.
I loved the two pools areas - we spent some days next to the main one for the slides and lively atmosphere (pool dancing lol), and other days at the more relaxed top pool with the pool bar and cafe. Loads of sunbeds at both, and great lifeguards.
The food was good (we had both meat eaters and a vegetarian, both well fed). A special thanks to the hostess called Rosie who welcomed us into the restaurant each night - a lovely lady with a heart of gold.
We also loved seeing the few cats that appear around the site in the evening - we went on little cat walks to spot them which was cute with the younger kids.
