The hotel is located in the capital of Mediterranean tourism on the Levante beach, it has become the idyllic window from which to observe the sea and the old town as well as a meeting point for the values, traditions, products and gastronomy of Valencia. Graceful earth bathed by the sun and touched by gods, port of ancient cultures and unique natural areas. On site presentations of creative and tastings mediterranean dishes and wine (usually products with designation of origin Valencia) are made, a commitment to the value of this land.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
It was a wonderfull experience. We loved it. We celebrated our 20 years marriage anniversary, and they made a surprize for us, with fruits, roses on the bed , wine. We thank you for making us feel so good !
Gorgeous little hotel, ideally placed with easy access to beaches, restaurants, bars etc but away from the madness if that’s what you want. Substantial breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Amazing views from rooms, breakfast terrace etc. Rooms are a bit on the small side ( didn’t bother us as we don’t spend a lot of time in them) but have everything you need and are spotlessly clean.
Excellent service, fantastic views. Great rooftop pool. Old town location was good. Orange juice at breakfast was phenomenal.
Great location right in the old town. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very attentive. Roof top terrace was quiet and had a great view. Lovely relaxing experience
This was our fourth visit and I think it may sadly be our last. It used to be 100% without a doubt the best hotel in Benidorm, this time it felt tired. We had room 36 a junior suite. I guess we just noticed things that were inconvenient or not right. There’s no plug or shelf near the big mirror. The lounge area would be a great dressing room with the big wardrobe but has a TV where a mirror should be! Getting ready in the evening felt awkward and clumsy. There was also a brown crusty bit on the tile by the toilet, initially I thought it was the pattern but sad to say it was some kind of debris. Breakfast was so very poor on our first two mornings. The blonde lady serving us was slow and disinterested. She got our coffee or wrong twice on the same morning and brought out bacon instead of salmon. I requested gluten free bread, day one it was not cooked at all, day two I think they had attempted to microwave it as it was both wet and sweaty as well as being rock hard on half of it. Due to the terrible breakfast we did not have dinner at the hotel at all over the 4 nights which we have done before and loved. Aside from this hiccup the next waitress (dark hair) was superb and made our last 2 mornings great! The front of house staff were also perfect and faultless. We used the spa facilities. One sun lounger was broken. I think now there are better hotels and we are considering trying the RH next door as the position of both of these hotels is amazing.
