- Victoria Hotel Benidorm

The Victoria Hotel gives you the best of Benidorm's contrasts. The old and new towns are both within easy reach, giving you the chance to experience all the best that Benidorm has to offer. And of course, the beach... What trip to the Costa Blanca would be complete without a trip to the beach?
The Victoria Hotel gives you access to one of the region's finest: the Levante Beach. Miles of soft sand and great scuba diving and snorkelling opportunities too. So no wonder the Victoria Hotel is so popular with so many.
The Victoria Hotel's spacious, beautiful pool is a big attraction. It's the perfect place for holidaymakers to get together - to swim, relax and enjoy the sun on the terrace. But it's only one of the attractions at the Victoria Hotel, which gives its guests all sorts of fun activities and amenities to keep them busy.
There's a regular entertainment programme - so that's your evenings taken care of. There's a games room, a gym and a sauna / solarium. Of course, there's an excellent restaurant, as well as bar and café. Internet access too. And all in addition to the opportunities to explore the old and new sides of Benidorm.
It's a good job that rooms at the Victoria Hotel are so spacious and comfortable. You'll be grateful for a soft bed and an air conditioned room after a busy day sightseeing. They come with additional facilities too, like mini bar, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, telephone, safety deposit box, hairdryer, and drinks making facilities.
Better yet, all rooms come with a good sized balcony - giving you the chance to enjoy the view and reflect on another great day at the Victoria Hotel in Benidorm.
Presenting the perfect location in the heart of Benidorm, the Hotel Victoria is a popular 4-star property very close to Levante beach, a prevalent area in Benidorm. The hotel boasts easy access to the Old town as well as having the New town only 10 minutes way.
Popular with families, couples & solo travellers it has something to offer everyone with its great range of facilities.
It's difficult to fault RH Hotel Victoria. Perhaps the wait for the lifts and the fact that the swimming pool is small (but adequate). The staff are amazing. Special mention to Miguel, Alene and Nelly. Cleanliness was impeccable, food was delicious. We would return such was the experience!
This building is located near the seafront in benidorm. There is many tat shops around (personal highlight). View from 10th floor balcony rivals that of a council estate. Compared to other hotels, there wasn’t so many chavs and it was decently quiet. The showers feel like you’re being pressure washed, in a good way. The bed sheets are like table cloths and the pillows like bricks. The ac turned the room into an ice bar, pretty sure i saw some ice form on the walls. Fridge was broken, staff did nothing to help. If you wanted a cold drink you’re better off just sticking it by the ac vent. Bidet was horrible, didn’t get past my cheeks. In terms of value for money, it was decent. can’t speak for the pool but it was basically the size of a pizza slice. Some horrible gremlin of a child came and shot a nerf gun in the dinner hall. Food was interesting, meat has texture like a yarn ball, thank god there was no cats. Dessert was a highlight, all you get is ice cream and iceland cakes that look fancy but don’t taste fancy. Other than fridge, staff was nice. Can’t speak for the quality of the alcohol but i can for the water. It was in glass bottles, too fancy for me. Lift was like a final destination movie, it bounced and made noises like a screw was missing, you could hear the occasional object bounce down the lift shaft. Overall decent hotel.
We visited this hotel with our seven year old daughter and her grandparents and had a fantastic time. From the moment we arrived we were dealt with by friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff - something we would say is a real strength of this hotel and a big reason we would return.
The hotel is beautifully clean and modern, something again which is evident from the moment you enter the foyer. Rooms were perfectly clean and well appointed - comfy beds and walk-in shower were particularly appreciated. The room was very quiet when door closed and blackout curtains were fully effective, meaning all got a good night's sleep. In my daughter's words her bed was 'like sleeping on marshmallow' and she slept better than I've ever known.
One thing we were particularly impressed with was the food - we went all inclusive meaning we had 3 meals a day and each, particularly lunch and dinner, was varied and fresh, with the opportunity to try lots of new things. There was a grill section preparing food to order which, at lunch and dinner, had a range of 3-4 meat and fish options, many of which we hadn't seen before. Salads were fresh, the fruit was outstanding and my daughter particularly appreciated the self-service ice cream machine in the restaurant.
Some may find the main pool a little small but it was perfect for our needs - again this was immaculate and was thoroughly cleaned every morning. We never struggled to get a sunbed, even if we got up late, and there are extra areas away from the pool for sunbathing if needed. Snacks were available by the pool and the pool bar was well-stocked and open until 6.
A particular mention must go to the amazing staff at the hotel for making our stay so memorable. Everyone was great, but our interactions with Nelly in the restaurant; Kique, Fernando and Adrian on the various bars and Miguel and Alain in the animation team were exceptional. Nothing was too much bother, they were friendly to all of us - Miguel made a particular fuss of my dad Steve - and were happy to chat and spend time with the guests. The staff work long hours but seem happy in their work and nothing was ever too much bother.
Overall this hotel was exceptional.
As always I enjoyed this holiday. The hotel is spotless and the food is amazing. It is child friendly but not too many children. It always attracts friendly people. Some changes have been made this year which I didn’t think where for the best. The children’s entertainment inside seems to be a shame as sitting outside when on holiday is much nicer. Also some of the entertainment that you are paying for isn’t the best however the in house entertainment is good and they do a brilliant disco. Much better than some of the singers you are paying for.
Another week spent here with 7 friends in May 2026. We come every May to re charge our batteries. This year we were offered a discounted All Inclusive offer which was a brilliant offer and too good to refuse. As always, we haven’t a single thing to complain about. The staff, food, cleanliness is just perfect each year. I recommend to everyone as the hotel is perfectly positioned for the Old Town, The Strip and the beach. There’s a Spanish restaurant recently opened just along the road called Sinatras where we celebrated my friends 70th birthday. I would highly recommend that too. I’ve tried numerous hotels in this area but feel the Victoria just has the edge. I certainly don’t recommend for families with older children, try the RH Princesa which I’ve stayed in this year with 5 grandchildren and they loved it ( me, not so much as it was packed with so many children) that’s why I’ll always chose the Victoria for the peace and quiet 😎
