Set around a 700 sq. m lagoon-style pool, this modern resort offers the perfect venue for an unforgettable vacation in Benidorm. It is located in a quiet area of the town, a 12-minute walk from Levante beach and a 25-minute one from the centre and the Old Town. While the surroundings house a number of charming cafes, bars and shops and just a 10-minute walk away is the Real de Faula Golf Club. For the guests who simply want to relax the venue has everything that is needed - a mini market that is open 7 days a week, restaurant that serves full-course meals and a poolside bar where they can sip drinks and enjoy the lovely Mediterranean weather. When the weather isn't that great the heated indoor pool takes over as the place where to be and the steam room and the fitness centre become a lot more enjoyable.

Great hotel
Great week away at the Terralta. The apartment was clean and spacious. With good air-con, and fully equipped kitchen. The beds were really comfortable and we slept great. The balcony was huge and we got the sun late afternoon after being at the pool all day.
The pool was great and plenty of sun loungers to choose from. The pool doesn’t open until 10am and there is a no reserving sun loungers policy so so no need to worry about people reserving sun loungers at stupid o’clock then not using them most of the day.
We paid €8 per person each morning for the buffet breakfast which had great options. Some evenings we went for dinner and it was €16 per person which again was great value for money as wine, beer, water and soft drinks are included. The food was delicious.
The location was great. Very peaceful and only a 10 minute walk down to the old town. We got taxis into Benidorm most nights which was around €10 to €12 euros each way.
We had an amazing week, and would highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet location on a steep hill
Just returned from these lovely apartments after an enjoyable week on half board plus. Perfect if you aren't bothered about the strip and happy to be located in a quiet location away it all. All staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant. We found the meals in the dining room were all excellent but as always food always seem to be subjective amongst guests. There was a huge number of sporting participants from around the globe also staying at Terralta In all a total different vibe here, informal dining and plenty of exercise walking up the hill!. Perfect for families with small ones and also for others like ourselves who wanted a base in a quiet location. Being fit and able to walk without issue there was no issue but the location could be a problem for those wanting a different holiday and less mobile. Taxis seemed plentiful as there was a constant stream of them arriving and departing the complex. Definitely would consider using Terralta again. Very clean, friendly staff and in all, a fantastic stay. Would consider using this aparthotel again on any future Benidorm trip.

This hotel is between 8 and 10 min in a taxi to either the old town or new town , taxis are quick to arrive costing between £8 and £10 euros - the reception will also book you one , if you don’t want loud night life around you this hotel is perfect, they have entertainment on at night , we had an apartment which was lovely , very clean and had everything you needed , it also had a starter pack with washing up liquid and tea towels , the bathroom is lovely we had a big walk in shower again there was toiletries provided. there is also a restaurant on site and a snack bar both at a reasonable price, the outdoor pool is great and there are plenty of sunbeds, there’s also an indoor pool but we never used this , we where here for 4 nights and can honestly say that all the staff from reception to cleaners where really brilliant, there is also a small shop inside the reception area it has basic items you need like milk bread ect ,we had clean bedding and towels on the 2nd day and the cleaner also mopped and cleaned the floors and bathroom we are going back next year for longer as it was that nice .

Cannabis hotel
Clean hotel. Apartments clean. Quiet location. Steep walk up from beach. Now the bad part. .... had to put up with stink of cannabis from balcony next to ours. When my partner reported it to reception and their reply was all they could do was go and tell them to smoke it in their apartments not outside. Yet you cant smoke normal cigarettes in apartments On departing learnt from other guests they also witnessed cannabis being smoked by other guests. Hotels are ment to have zero tolerance to drugs but the terralta deff dose not. We may have returned but because of this we deff wont
Another lovely stay this time peak season
2nd visit this time with grandchildren. Came as a package with Tui which was in a very hot August. Check in bit of a queue but Maria & Laura got through it very quickly. We were placed in block 4 on 2nd floor overlooking the care home and indoor pool. The skyfest was on at the football ground so some nights it was quite noisy while late but not every night. We got a few taxis back up cardiac hill the price varied between €6 to €8. The pool has to be one of the best in Benidorm the kids loved it and so did the adults inflatables were put out some afternoons there was water polo aqua aerobics going on Night time was for the kids with a dance disco etc and didnt kick off while after dinner which suited most residents and the kids. Reasonably priced drinks from the bar if you wanted one. The food never changes just rotates Mon to Sun ill put the menu,s up. Breakfast is same every day continental or full English. While we were here a mix of clientele from all EU nations and we all got along no problem. There,s a kids play area with table tennis table pool tables air hockey a grabber ( that doesnt work) could do with some air con down there . The sun bed run starts at 10am no entry to pool until then. Dont forget when coming here your ideally placed for the tram station and every wednesday the foenties market just round the corner. Your right next to football stadium if you want to support CF Benidorm. Although it is now expensive to come here we would come again. You can stay in the winter for €35 per night per room only min of 30 days. It does get busy in winter thanks to all staff at Terralta again enjoyed ourselves
