It is a lovely hotel really good food, but second day there, we went back to our room, until my 16 year old daughter open her ipad, to see the screen was smashed to pieces. So confronted the cleaner, did she clean my room that morning, no not me she said i didn clean it. I showed her the ipad. Said it wasnt her. She wasnt in cleaning. But her face tld a different story. So went management put in a complaint. Next day back to management. The cleaner said it wasnt her. By the way her name is lydia , so i said i want to know who cleaned my room , low and behold yes it was are lydia who cleaned it, lying to me she didn clean it, dont know why she smashed the screen for. Jealousy maybe,£800 ipad, so any1 staying here. Plz look at the reviews before booking. Cause i didn, lots off thieving goin on with the cleaners, 100s off reviews about people getting money jewellery stolen, i said to management you want to listen to your customers more, cause 100s off customers cant b lying about your cleaning staff, so b aware off floor 7, with are lydia on the prowl.

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted, On my second day of my hoilday here came here for relaxation but no relaxation happened only stressed, I had my ipad on charge that night I took it off of charge sat it on my bed side table, went to pool to relax I come back and see my ipad moved above the bed suddenly i notice glass shards on the floor i immediately open my ipad and see it smashed like it was hit off something and mind you i had a case on it that would of protected the damage if the cleaners “dropped it” we immediately went down to management and told them we dont want cleaners and explained what happened that women said okay no cleaners and didnt do much from there. Next morning i wake up to a cleaner In MY ROOM!!! asking to clean it i said no cleaners and she said tomorrow or later and i said no no cleaners in my room at all! that was fine she left. I see a another cleaner lingering near her cleaner trolley and we confronted her she starts sweating horribly as if she came out of a sauna, we immediately knew it was her then we asked did u clean our room she said no no me not clean and kept acting like she didnt understand us when she clearly did so we asked her for her name and she kept saying number number and we were like no name??? and she says i have camera???? what the hell dose that mean anyways we got her name LYDIA!!!! that is her name we went down to management and said who was cleaning our room that day he said lydia now not only did she smash my ipad purposely and she lied to our face, we went to benidorm police which was great advice the hotel staff are useless and couldnt give any help this needs fixed asap!!! useless i wouldnt stay here again ive been put off ever going to benidorm due to this experience please watch your items at this hotel it’s disgusting.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the start of July on an all inclusive package. The rooms were compact and basic but clean with everything you'd need. The food was of good quality both in the restaurant and the snack bar next to the pool. Staff were helpful and pleasant throughout the hotel and any queue's moved relatively quickly. We only had a long wait for the lifts on a few occasions,but mostly they were ok. We found it strange that even as all inclusive guests were still couldn't get drinks from the swim up bar,we had to pay. Surely this is one of the hotels biggest assets but unfortunately we didn't use it,and wouldn't pay all inclusive again for that reason. Overall a good solid hotel in a decent location.
