We’ve just finished another fantastic holiday and once again the entertainment team made it truly unforgettable.We’ve been coming for four years now, and the entertainment staff are the reason. Apologies if I mis spell any names🫣

From the very first day, Javi and Lucas always come and find us,they make sure the children were involved and getting everyone laughing and dancing around the pool. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and they made every child feel included.

Yaiza, Marta and Miriam brought incredible energy every single day. Their enthusiasm never seemed to stop, and they created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere that both children and adults couldn’t help but join in.

Leti, Diego, Carmen and Elicia were absolutely outstanding. Their patience, kindness and genuine care for the children was something special. Even when the little ones were tired after a long day in the sun, they always knew exactly how to keep them smiling, entertained and happy.

A very special mention has to go to Miki. My daughter insisted that I include him in this review because he has remembered her name every single year we’ve visited. That small gesture has meant the world to her and shows just how much he genuinely cares about the families who return. It’s those personal touches that turn a great holiday into unforgettable memories.

Every member of the entertainment team works so so hard and deserves recognition. They don’t just entertain the children they create lifelong memories, make families feel welcome and go above and beyond every day.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel in Spain was a huge disappointment and definitely not the holiday we were expecting. We chose this hotel based on the photos and reviews, and we paid a considerable amount of money for our stay. Sadly, the reality was completely different from what was advertised.

The hotel is rated as a 3-star hotel, but in our opinion, it doesn’t even meet that standard. We stayed in a standard room, which was very basic. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. Every day, the staff only made the beds, but that was about it. The floors were left dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and dust was never removed. After a few days, it felt like no real cleaning had been done at all.

The lifts were another major problem. They were almost always full, and we had to wait a long time every time we wanted to use them. Even worse, one day the lift suddenly dropped down one floor while we were inside, which was very frightening. After that incident, we preferred using the stairs whenever possible because we no longer felt safe.

The food was average at best and certainly not what we expected. The menu was very repetitive, and after a few days it felt like we were eating the same meals over and over again. Some dishes were served cold, and the pizza was often undercooked, with raw dough in the middle. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel restaurant. The desserts were nothing special, and the drinks were of poor quality.

The entertainment was also disappointing. There were very few activities during the day, and the evening shows were not interesting. The entertainment team didn’t create the fun holiday atmosphere we expected. In our opinion, the entertainment deserves no more than 6 out of 10.

The swimming pool was probably the only positive part of our stay. It was clean and well maintained, although it became very crowded early in the day and it was difficult to find a free sunbed.

The beach and the sea were another big disappointment. The water was often dirty, and getting into the sea was very difficult because the shoreline was full of large stones. It was uncomfortable to enter the water without special beach shoes. For a seaside holiday in Spain, this was very disappointing.

The staff were not particularly helpful or attentive. Whenever we raised concerns, we felt that they were ignored rather than taken seriously. We expected much better customer service.

Overall, the value for money was very poor. We paid a lot for this holiday and expected much better facilities, cleaner rooms, better food, and higher-quality service. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations in any way.

We would definitely not return to this hotel, and we cannot recommend it to anyone. There are far better hotels in Spain for the same price, or even less. We regret choosing this hotel and hope this review helps other travellers make a more informed decision. In our opinion, this hotel does not even deserve a 2-star rating.
