Innside Hotel Benidorm Exceptional
Amazing beach views,clean and fresh room. Staff are very friendly and helpful Pool is nice ,only downside is the lift to floors is very slow . We are currently staying here for B&B ,the breakfast ( fresh and tasty)is excellent with the best food selection and quality we have experienced in 6 years of world travel well done ! Highly recommended hotel with amazing food Thank you

Wrong room
We and my wife arrived at the hotel on a Friday evening at 7 pm knowing our room would be ready from 4 pm, on arrival the hotel staff were lovely and courteous, we checked in they gave us our room key and we went to the room we had already emailed before hand for a low floor, they gave us floor 3 we were not happy as my wife does not do lifts but we accepted it, on arrival to the room we found it was a side sea view and only if you craned your neck, so we went back to reception to say that they had given us the wrong room, after a lot of searching on the computer they said they had no more rooms that night but would defiantly sort it in the morning, we were told to come and see the manager at 9 am and would defiantly get sorted this we did, we went down to see the manager who was lovely by the way with her manner and she told us that there had been an error with the computer and they had no sea view rooms till they could sort it on Monday, at this stage we were both fuming but she said it would definitely be sorted as a gesture they moved us up to half board, we reluctantly agreed because we had no other option, on the Monday they had sorted a sea view rooms out so after 3 nights in a room we didn’t want or request we got the sea view room we had originally requested, after the usual conversations around the pool we found out this had happened to four other customers, so check and double check with the hotel a few days before you arrive with regards to the room allocation. The hotel itself is lovely the staff are excellent, the normal wait for the sun beds is acceptable as it’s not a big pool area and only a few beds, but you are within 20 seconds from the beach and sea so not a serious problem. The buffet is adequate and the dining room as is the rest of the hotel is immaculate, entertainment around the pool is low key and very nice, it’s not a lively hotel but that’s what we like, we have been now three times and will defiantly go back, the room situation did spoil it for me for a few days but got over it and didn’t let I spoil the other 4 days we had left

Lovely place to stay
Visited for my dad’s 60th birthday! We had a lovely time. All the staff were brilliant, especially Fátima and Marjorie, who took extra care of us poolside. Perfect location!

Family holiday
Stayed at this hotel last year and twice this year with my mother and gran. All 3 of us love staying here as it is right on the beach. It is close to the old town and the new town. The hotel is clean and staff are always willing to help with any questions we have. Raul who works at the hotel is very friendly, he always makes the effort to talk to us and improve on my grans Spanish. We look forward in returning back next year.
Sneaky trip to Benidorm
Location of this hotel really good - the atmosphere and welcome you get is great the rooms ours slightly small but not a problem my only thing is maybe that you could have in the room facility to make a coffee or tea - value for money good - Fatima staff who was great helpful always smiling a true assist to this hotel
