The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Benidorm, 5 minutes' walk from Levante Beach, and 30 minutes from the tourist centre and old town. Guests have a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops 200 metres away. They will find public transport a few minutes from the hotel.
This quiet and cosy beach hotel has undergone a renovation of its installations, with 11 floors and 132 double rooms. In the hall guests will find a reception desk open 24 hours, with a money exchange service, cloakroom and more services, as well as 2 lifts. The establishment offers the Venecia bar-lounge, a bar-café, television room, terminals with Internet connection (local charge), and an air-conditioned buffet style restaurant. The hotel also has a garage for guests (local charge and subject to availability) and a laundry service (local charge). There is a playground for kids to enjoy.
The rooms are comfortable and fully equipped with air conditioning by fan coil system and heating. They have a full bathroom (guests can ask for hairdryers at reception), balcony, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, mini fridge on request (local charge) and a safe box (local charge).
The establishment has a large sun terrace with an outdoor swimming pool and children's pool, sun loungers, parasols and bar service to the pool in summer. Little break
We have been to the Rialto 4 times and so we decided to go again for a little break! We booked with Jet2 and two days before we where due to go got a email asking if we wanted to change hotel has there was work going on on the bank of hotel and we would be getting dropped off at the Nero hotel and walk up abit of a hill… we didn’t change so we ok about walking the hill…. The transfer dropped us at Nero and we walked up the road there was no work going on and I don,t know why we had to be dropped there! We are given room 413 it was back of hotel and that was where the work was going on!! Too be honest we where not bothered has we out of our room during the day so it didn’t bother us! The hotel was clean and wasn’t very busy when we went for our meals there wasn,t much choice when it came to evening meal the breakfast was the best! I was always under the impression the Servigroup hotel didn,t cater for Stags and Hens but this wasn,t the case…. 3 nights out of 6 was loud shouting, screaming and banging on people’s doors which was not very good at 2am…. We where not the only people that was saying that this spoil there stay and was disappointed with the hotel…… We have had lots of holidays over the years and I did feel that Benidorm is coming off our list! Time to have a change!

Another Great Stay
Another great stay at this hotel, best breakfast in Benidorm for me, rooms are cosy and clean, communal areas are immaculate, Lisa on guest services is a diamond as is Marina on reception, the hotel general manager is a lovely warm welcoming host, this is my 4th stay here, I am back in August for a week and Oct for 2 weeks, can't wait, Adios, ¡Hasta pronto!

Out of the madness of Benidorm!
Excellent hotel with a quick and hassle-free check-in for our group of 17 lads. The breakfast selection was great, offering everything from a full English to pastries and lighter options. The location is ideal – around a 10-minute walk to the centre of Benidorm, less than 5 minutes from Morgan Tavern, and only a short stroll to the beach. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, so it's worth noting if you have mobility issues. The staff were friendly throughout our stay, and the pool area was always clean and well maintained. Would happily stay here again.

This is our third visit to the Rialto - our favourite hotel in Benidorm. It's nothing fancy but it's so clean, has lovely, friendly staff and the food is amazing. A special "Thank you" to the manager. She helped us out with a situation with our hire car and we were so grateful. One small thing - the thin walls! It's a problem but I wear ear plugs and it helps. I'll still be back though....a great hotel.

Nice hotel but too many groups
Stayed here years ago and thought we would try it again as it was a nice quiet hotel. The hotel is up a hill but not too bad, near the beach and not far from bars/restaurants. The hotel is well kept, the rooms/bathrooms are comfortable and a good size. However, there were at least three groups of lads on our floor (one was a stag party) banging doors, shouting/swearing in the early hours, some with no consideration of others, even though other guests and security asked for quiet. There are signs in each lift saying there is zero tolerance of disruptive behaviour but this is not the case. Servigroup need to decide if this hotel is for groups or not and advertise accordingly. Had we known, we would have booked elsewhere.
