Another lovely stay.
As returning guests we were once again not disappointed. We hadn't booked a pool view (our oversight)but were allocated room 1001 which was perfect for us and I would be more than happy with this room on any further visits. The main asset of the hotel is the staff....all staff in bar restaurant reception and cleaning staff were friendly and professional. Cleanliness can't be faulted. Breakfast is plentiful with a good variety...my partner a fan of the porridge while I was a fan of the cava(like a bucks fizz at breakfast) so we were both well pleased. Evening meals good..prompt service and good variety of foods. The location of the hotel is perfect for us...near Levante beach which we like to walk to. We are hoping to return again to the hotel which in itself I think is a recommendation. Thanks again for another great stay.

Love this hotel
I love this hotel. I've stayed there twice now and have enjoyed both times (in June '23 and '26). There wasn't any struggle to get sun loungers, there are plenty of them and lots of room by the pool and on the terrace - sun all day too. It's quiet but in a super convenient location to the strip and the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, kept really clean and the beds are comfy. The breakfast is brilliant, plenty of choice and English sausage and bacon. Only three tiny points to make - the toilet door doesn't give enough privacy in the rooms, I think changing the complimentary shampoo in the shower for body wash would be more useful, and the cocktails could be better made.
Would I stay here again? 100% absolutely.

Chilling at the Nereo
This is a top hotel, we have stayed at few over the years but this is the best. Ideally situated, close to the main bits , but far enough away to be quiet. Top service , very clean staff and food exceptional. Great place to sit outside and have a drink and people watch. Booked for next year already.
Great hotel
We booked this hotel on same day as arriving in Benidorm. I stayed with family and they gave us rooms next to each other too which was a bonus. Hotel was spotless. Cleaners are a credit to this hotel. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good too. I had a full English everyday I was there. Pool was good. Beds were really comfortable. Location was very good. Close by to bars, restaurants etc… 5 minute walk to levante beach. Pretty much next door to the hotel where they filmed Benidorm too lol. I highly recommend this hotel. Was very impressed

Great Stay, Great Food, Great Staff
Returned today from a 7 day break, arrived around midday and our room was ready. I did request a low floor due to a fear of heights and was given room 215. The staff are fantastic, we both very much enjoyed the food and ate well on half board basis. The restaurant staff were super friendly and professional. I really liked the rooms and balcony, the shower was very powerful and hot. My one point of note was poor UK TV channels, BBC 1, poor reception and BBC 2, however I had my Tablet and this didn't make an impact on my holiday. There are so many positives, we both decided we would definitely stay again, and this is the 1st hotel in Benidorm we both agreed on. When we departed this morning the cleaning staff were doing an amazing job of thoroughly cleaning the lobby. The pool area was great plenty of sunbeds and parasols, and drinks were very reasonable priced. Thank you for a great stay
