Wonderful Hotel
Did a 3 night girls holiday in may. There were 5 of us over 2 rooms.
Jackie on the front desk was so helpful, lovely and polite and really started off our trip perfectly. It's right near the strip but just back enough you don't feel too involved in it.
The triple room was really a twin room with an extra bed so the person in the middle bed literally had to climb to the bottom to get out but the rooms were clean and smart.
Lovely chilled vibe by the pool with music on low, plenty of sunbeds and a really clean pool. Bar staff are amazing and food and drinks by the pool were great.
we did half board and food was always varied and plentiful. something for even the fussiest of eaters and loads of choice. Again, staff were just so lovely.
if you're looking to be near the heart of everything but want it a little bit quieter then this is the place.

Amazing! Staff are an asset to this hotel.
This is my fourth visit to this hotel and simply had to leave another review as the experience was outstanding once again.
The staff really make this place extra special, are a credit to the hotel and the overall experience. It was nice to see the same faces once again, especially the warm welcome from Jackie at reception, who is always friendly and happy to help. Such a lovely person. Also to Bryan, Amanda and Andreea in the restaurant who greeted us with an amazing initial welcome back, a smile on every visit, were friendly, chatty and made the dining experience an absolute pleasure (I am also trying to learn some basic Spanish skills - Bryan was great and happy to help me out) It’s also nice that all of the staff remembered us (with so many guests coming in and out of the hotel, it’s amazing that they do)
I was disappointed at first when the usual face greeting us on entry to the dining room had changed (who was also a huge asset to the hotel) however Juan who has taken over was just as outstanding, making us feel welcome on every visit.
We didn’t visit the bar as often on this occasion but was great to see the same faces there too, All of the bar staff are also a credit to the hotel.
And the cleaners. What can I say? Always greeted with a smile and this hotel, as I’ve probably said before, is absolutely spotlessly clean. I think they must even polish the handrails and mirrors regularly as there is never a mark on them.
Now, briefly to the amenities… food (we were full board) always plentiful, varied, hot and very tasty. Rooms, cleaned daily with fresh towels and spotlessly clean. Love the electric blackout blinds and aircon is great if needed. Restaurant and bar areas always spotless.

Fantastic hotel will return
This was our first visit and we really cannot fault this hotel. All the staff from Jackie providing such a warm welcome on reception, to the bar and restaurant staff and the ladies who work so hard keeping the room and public areas clean, everyone was so warm and friendly.
The breakfast was perfect for us with plenty to chose from, although we can't comment on lunch or dinner, the bar around the pool did a tasty lunch at a good price.
We were happy with the location and enjoyed a daily walk to the beach and the old or new town.
We are already looking to book again in September as three nights was not enough!

Fantastic hotel
Fantastic hotel this was our third year staying here. The hotel is spotlessly clean no fighting for sunbeds. One of our party struggled walking the staff could not do enough to help. Only downside was one lift wasn’t working which long waits Staff amazing rooms amazing

fabulous stay
just had another beautiful holiday at this hotel, 10 lovely nights and days. we really love this hotel, its clean, tidy, and friendly.we requested a room no higher than the 3rd floor , as we dont like heights and once again our request was granted thank you. we only did bed and breakfast this year, as the evening meal at 7.00pm is too late for us, but it will not put us off going again and again. the only gripe we have is the pool area and by the outdoor bar area needs cleaning better, there was always some tab ends and a few used cocktail sticks on the floor plus some used plasters which we did pick up and bin. we will be back again dont worry thank you again to every one
