Set just 300 m from Levante Beach in Benidorm, Hotel Servigroup Calypso offers a large outdoor pool, with a garden, sun terrace and loungers. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Rooms are tastefully decorated in pastel colours and come with a private terrace. They also include a satellite flat-screen TV, a minibar and private bathroom with hairdryer. Air conditioning is available in summer. The Servigroup Calypso offers night-time activities and an entertainment programme in summer months. There is a games room and a play area for children. The hotel has a buffet restaurant which features show cooking and serves international cuisine. Celiac menus are available upon request. The poolside Gaudí Bar serves drinks and light meals during the summer months. A lounge bar can be found in the lobby. Friendly staff at the hotel are happy to provide information on Benidorm and its various attractions. They can also recommend bars and restaurants, many of which are within a 5-minute walk of Calypso.

Ok hotel but wouldn’t return
First impressions of hotel when entering was wow what a stunning place, the reception area is spotlessly clean, bar area all immaculate. Check in was quick reception Caroline was a lovely friendly lady. We headed up to our room with great expectations but sadly on entering the room what a disappointment. I booked a twin/double room and got a cramped room with 3 beds in that resembled a dormitory. No tea or coffee making facilities and a card that said no food or beverages to be bought to room unless purchased in hotel and that they would remove them 🤦♀️ and they take it seriously, we witnessed the night porter telling someone off eating crisps in reception area 🤣 The rest of the hotel areas dining room, bar, pool area are all lovely but the rooms don’t match the standard of the rest of the hotel sadly so that along with the rules will prevent me from returning to a servigroup hotel as I’m sure they are all the same. People will say it’s only a room to sleep in ( beds are rock hard )and if your happy with that then this hotel will be fine for you .

First time staying here.Check in simple,lovely staff,especially restaurant staff.Hotel looks bright modern.Food for breakfast was good,evening meal not as good.Rooms smallest weve ever had anywhere,however clean.A point for improvement there are no kettles in the rooms.We would stay here again .Lifts tiny but arrived quickly.

Nice stay
I have been before and I didnt like the food so I just booked bed and breakfast this year. The staff are lovely there is a man who works in bar by the pool he wasnso lovely and always smiling. The security in the hotel is amazing you cant get to rooms or pool without scanning room key. However, the ray of sunshine security guard in the lobby at night could do with a session at a charm school. There are no kettles in the rooms so you have to take your own. The cleaner doesnt understand the concept of a "do not disturb" sign and just walks in to your room anyway. But not a bad place to stay over all.

Noisy Room
Haven’t been to the Calypso for a few years due to ill health so was looking forward to this 4 day break in Benidorm.
Checking was quick and allocated a room at around midday. Room was clean and comfortable and the maid did a great job cleaning the room daily.
There’s a TV, Safe, Fridge, double wardrobe and cracking shower with plenty of hot water.
Sleep quality was terrible as the pipework above or below the were whistling during the night which kept me wake. Reception did send a maintenance man up but he couldn’t speak English. Asked for a room exchange and the lady only wanted more money off me. I flew with Jet2 and paid circa £880 for a 4 night stay HB. Needless to say I didn’t take up her offer and suffered the noisy room. So not feeling refreshed at all
Nice pool are but some sun beds were well past their life span.
Hotel is spotless clean. Food has gone back from when I was last there and would only give it 2*
All in all horrendous sleep quality and for £880 not worth another visit

just great
this is a great hotel wonderful food staff are a credit to the servi group, pool area is great no fighting for sun beds here always plenty. the hotel is in a great position but is also quiet at night. to be honest the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but are kept spotless. i have been coming to the Calypso for nearly 50 years i will be returning in october and have booked to return in 2027 for three more holidays. i would recomend the Calypso to anybody
