Located in Benidorm, at 10min walking from the Levante beach and 1500m from the city center. Perfect for couples or families. This establishment does not accept group bookings for stag and hen parties. Groups reservations will have to pay a deposit on arrival of 100 euros per person in cash.

Outstanding, friendly, helpful, delicious food and a joy able time.
A beautiful, clean, assess able, enjoyable hotel. The staff were very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The meals were outstanding, a verity of hot and cold choices to which all was delicious. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Amazing Hotel
Stayed here for a week 1st - 8th August, with the wife and 2 kids age 14 and 17. I can honestly say I can not find anything to complain about, the place is amazing. Right from the point of arrival where reception staff are very friendly and helpful, every staff member the whole week are brilliant, all very friendly. No complaints about food, plenty of choice and all cooked well. Plenty of choice of drinks at the bar and bar staff and friendly and very efficient, even if you get to the bar and there’s a few people queuing, still takes no time at all. Food at the snack bar during the is decent, but you can wait a bit for that, as all is cooked fresh as you order, and a lot of the time there was only 1 guy serving and prepping food, but worth the wait. Sun beds can be a bit hit and miss, if you want poolside beds, people start queuing at the door from around 8am, we weren’t bothered about about poolside, was happy to leave them for parents with kids so they can keep an eye on them in the pool, so I went down about 8:30 with 4 towels and stood in line behind 20-30 people, they open the doors and allow access to the pool around 08:40, and people literally run to get poolside beds. Even at 10am there are still surplus beds stacked up, but seemed to be a little short of room some days to put them down anywhere. We had a great stay here and won’t hesitate to come back, we are already looking for next year already. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Excellent dietary accomodation and lovely staff
We have had a lovely holiday as a couple at Sandos Benidorm Suites. The location is good, the rooms are decent size and all staff have been friendly and helpful.
Special shout outs for the whole entertainment team but especially Nienke who has kept us engaged and is genuinely so lovely. Oskar is hilarious and so entertaining. It was a shame more people didn't join in with the games they offer. I think if they were better advertised on a notice board near the pool and invites given over microphone before it starts more may join in (I had to ask at the front desk for the schedule and it wasn't 100% accurate). Water polo and volleyball were great fun, as was aqua gym.
As people with dietary requirements, food is always a make or break point on holiday. Dennis and Simoen in the kitchen have gone above and beyond to cater for us. They are knowledgeable and have ensured we have plenty of options - both gluten free and vegan. The best we have been catered for at an all inclusive for our dietary requirements.
Also, makes a nice change being able to turn up by the pool mid morning or lunchtime and still be able to get sunbeds too!

Thoroughly Entertained
Had a great stay at the Sandos hotel in Benidorm. The venue, staff and food are all amazing.
Rooms are a good size, we stayed as a family of four.
The entertainment team are great at keeping guests amused and engaged throughout the day.
