Sandos Benidorm Suites with recent improvements in the common areas offers a modern and avant-garde accommodation inspired by the musical themes of the 70s, 80s and 90. Located in Benidorm, at 10min walking from the Levante beach and 1500m from the city center. Perfect for couples or families. This establishment does not accept group bookings for stag and hen parties. Groups reservations will have to pay a deposit on arrival of 100 euros per person in cash.

peaceful location and only a 10 minute walk to strip/levainte beach
When we arrived at hotel our rooms were not ready for 1.5 hours which we expected however we had access to all facilities. We were able to leave suitcases in a secure room and we changed into shorts/shirts and headed for pool bar area to get lunch and drinks.
Staff at pool and snack bar very friendly, smiling and appeared happy to be working. Option of Smirnoff Vodka as part of AI was a surprise. plenty of choice of spirits and soft drinks. Snacks were cooked freshly when ordered so no problem in having cold food usual options of hot dogs, burgers, nuggets and kebab with salad and chips. Would recommend kebab meat with salad.
Pool area plenty of beds we didn't see people queuing for securing good location. Yes beds were close but there was a terrace up high where you could sit. Pool was fine cold at first but once in it was fine.
Food in main restaurant was clean and tidy. self service for drinks from machines wines were fine. Plenty of choice from salads to grilled meat/fish and good selection of sweets. Cava was available for breakfast along with fresh juices or from machines. Staff in restaurant were friendly, happy and always smiling. A big shout out to Fanny and Nicoletta (we knew her from when she worked at Riveria 3 years ago and she recognised us too) the girls were lovely and made our time there enjoyable.
We booked the Indian a la carte when we checked in. Again staff here were welcoming, warm and friendly. You only had to choose a main and dessert as you got all starters and rice and garlic naan bread. it was a pity the naan was more like a pizza. this was the only fault. Red wine in a bottle was the same as in restaurant and bars.
The location of the hotel is the main reason we booked this plus the large terraced area for catching the late sun for the day. It was a 10 minute walk to outdoor market/bar street/the beach front and 15 minutes to the Old Town. One day we got a taxi to the marina/harbour as we were booked on a boat trip and this cost 10 euros.
Our room was very roomy with a separate sitting area with a kettle provided but no tea/coffee/sugar/milk. Surely if advertised as 4 star this would be provided. there was a huge balcony that was basically two as one. Beds were comfy and we had a good nights sleep. The hanging space was limited but we managed.
The bathroom was a decent size and clean and we got clean towels daily. We didn't look for our bedding to ge changed as you dont do this daily/every two days at home. We had an issue with the socket covers coming right off the walls but we fixed it each time.
My only complaint is on the morning we were leaving there was no cold water from ground floor to floor 15. We were getting picked up at 0750 and also we were told from 0730 there would be continental breakfast available but all that was on offer was bread rolls.

Friendly staff hotel clean and modern
Enjoyed our stay very much pool has the sun all day which is a plus as so many hotels in Benidorm are over shadowed by neighbouring buildings also impressed with accessibility rooms which my sister and her amputee husband who intend to make a visit very soon. We will be definitely be coming back for a visit

Not the best, good never warm, drinks awful
Start with the food never hit just luke warm thank god they had a microwave, breakfast ok with choices, every other meal mediocre struggled since times to find anything, poolside snack bar not bad not really anything for a vegetarian apart from fries, guy there was lively though, drinks deffo none branded and Syphon pepsi etc, i just bought my own cans as it was awful taste Rooms are quite dark and uninviting, ok to sleep in wouldn't want to sit in it, we did find the rooms were not really cleaned very well, we got missed out for the beds to be made, and weren't given clean towels on a couple of occasions although I left them inside the shower plus dirty glass at sink to rinse with, on the floor, wouldn't go back there i had choose sandos Monaco adults only one it seems cleaner.
I would rate as a three star, not four star. Rooms are tatty, food is usually cold/lukewarm warm and limited choice
Tired hotel, rooms tatty, food choice limited and cold/lukewarm. Staff not great. One rolled her eyes when asked to check a/c in our room as wasn’t working. Very lacking of good entertainment. For four star all inclusive, extremely disappointed. Would not rate as three star.
Superb!!!
Just got back. Absolutely amazing hotel/suites. Spacious, clean great decor, friendly accommodating staff. Loads of space around the clean decent sized pool. Plenty of sunbeds always available. Food excellent and restaurant spacious - outside snack bar available. About 15 minute walk to the livelier part so the hotel is quiet at night. Suites more than adequate with balcony, large sofa, fridge and table. TV has British channels. One out of the four lifts wasn’t working but never a queue. Totally recommend this place.
