Our favourite hotel in Benidorm
Visited for 7 nights end of March with my husband & again for 4 nights with my daughter early may. Food as good as always. The new rooms are really lovely , they have been refurbished to a high standard & look so nice. The size of the balcony’s are very big. All the staff are really lovely Rosi in the dining room & Alfonso from the bar always recognise us when we visit. Fab measures of drinks at the bar. The outside seating area at the front of the hotel is a nice place to sit & chill out with a drink.

RH hotel review
This was the first time I stayed at this hotel,it was beautiful, all staff very helpful and friendly, food was always great,close to all amenities, entertainment was fabulous,im going back in October, I wont ever go anywhere else than this hotel now,I absolutely love it xxx From Derry Cook
An Unforgettable Stay – We Will Definitely Be Back!
We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning to Benidorm — and this is the exact hotel we will choose!
The recently refurbished rooms are beautiful (cleaned every day) and come equipped with much-needed air conditioning. The food was absolutely delicious with tons of variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner. A huge thank you to the restaurant team for their great service!
All staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. However, the absolute star of our holiday was David, head of the animation team. The moment he walks out to the pool area, the entire mood lifts. Whether you are playing archery, water polo or darts, he keeps everyone laughing constantly. David is a wonderfully infectious, cheeky chap and his amazing wit brought so many guests together - we met some truly wonderful people thanks to him! His team is also fantastic and clearly being trained very well.
Highly recommend this hotel for an amazing getaway!
Simply THE BEST Hotel in Benidorm!
My partner and I stayed at the RH Royal from the 25th June until the 2nd July. This is our second visit and we will be back again for a 3rd and 4th etc! Fantastic hotel, extremely clean, friendly staff, perfect location for both Old and New town, beautiful fresh food, our room was updated this year and amazing. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that this is the best hotel I've stayed in Spain. My partner; Tara and I can't thank the Hotel staff and Easyjet enough, simply the best Spanish holiday we have ever had.

Second visit and cannot wait for the third
Our second stay at the absolutely beautiful RH Royal hotel. Our first visit in July 2025, we found everything about the hotel beautiful. If anything this second visit surpassed the first. We have never stayed at a hotel where every member of staff is a credit not only to themselves but also the hotel they work at. Absolutely nothing is too much to ask and it is always done efficiently and with a smile . The room was cleaned each day and the rooms have been revamped since the year before. I feel guilty by singling out just a few as they are all great assets to the hotel. But a few are David the entertainment guy. He is infectious with his enthusiasm for his role. Also Claudia, Guillermo and if I spell this correctly, Oyey plus all bar staff. Everyone in the restaurant are brilliant at their job unfortunately the only name I can remember is Maria . Isobel on reception also made check in smooth. It's very rare to return to a hotel after a year and all the staff are still working in the same place. I'm guessing this is due to the fact they all seem very happy in the role they do.
The food is a vast choice of delicious variety as well as a decent all inclusive drinks option. We have already booked to return at the same time next year, and look forward to seeing familiar faces once again that help make your whole holiday experience special. Well done to each and every one of you 👏👏👏👏
