Bad hotel. Hopefully my review will help someone to avoid it. Only good thing is night reception staff. Very friendly and very helpful. Now the negative :

1. Lifts are awful - very slow and very busy all the time. Have to queue for lift sometimes for 10 minutes.
2. All inclusive only 10:00-23:00. 23:00-00:00- bar is open but only if you pay for drinks. And also you need to carry token with you and return glass to bar to get another drink. If you lose token- you have to pay to get new one.
3. Pool towels @€5 a day but in nearby shop you can buy one at €4. And also €10 deposit for towel.
4. Room service not good- they hardly clean. We had a hand wash instead of shower gel in out shower.after 1st day all bath towels very replaced with hand towels.
5. Food is ok, but very small variety. And can see that food reused to make salads and pizzas for next day from leftovers.
6. Slides only for kids 3-12. If you go with teenager- for them only tiny main pool.
7. Main pool is tiny for amount of people staying in hotel. You will struggle to find a space to put your towel.
8. No entertainment at all. Just mini disco daily for kids.
9. All cocktails are too sweet of too sour. And you have 6 to choose from. If you want good alcohol you have to pay extra €8 a day. Also you have to wait in a queue all the time at the bar. Especially just before 23:00. Bar staff aren’t very friendly either. Just 2 people were more or less friendly, others looked like you ruined their day by coming to ask for drink.

Overall it is all what I can remember but overall experience- I would not go and would advise anyone not to go. For the price - not worth it all all.

Just back from week away with family , I booked a room for myself , partner and 2 children to share then booked a room for my older son who is an adult to have his own room when arrrived they women at reception said that’s not what they had on there side even though I showed her paperwork etc , she said one of my children need to share with my older son which isnt an issue but point is he needs his own privacy also . When arrived at the room wasn’t a family room just 2 double beds pushed togther my children are 10&11 boy and girl and don’t want to share a bed together when spoke to hotel just told I had to sort it out myself that’s what they had on there side , so my son ended up having to share with his older brother in another room which kind of put pressure on him not be able to have the freedom for leaving his room if he wanted to at night , the hotel itself is ok rooms very basic not for the money not enough amenities also had to pay to use the safe everyday another scam , the rooms could be cleaner and actually cleaned properly when maids come never replaced toilet roll and always gave us 2 towels when we had 4 people in room kept having to ask for toilet roll and towels all week . The curtains had stains all over them the sheets weren’t replaced the whole week even thought I took them Off completely and laid down when just made on the bed again as had the same marks on them the walls where really dirty no signs for doors for sleeping or cleaning so constantly getting woke up every day with maids or just walking in when getting sorted/changed The lifts are absolutely terrible stop at every floor very very slow and a few of them broke down all through the week. Bar staff some where rude and almost annoyed when asking for drinks we where all inclusive and ate there once for breakfast once for lunch the food was horrible rock soil same repeat everyday wven the kids didn’t want the nuggets looked like there just left and reheated everyday , we ate out every day . The queues for for food and drinks where bad with hardly any staff behind counter had to use a token to get a drink even though had all inclusive band on didn’t get any tokens at reception when checked in so had no information about it or clue what todo stood in a queue for ages and then to be refused a drink was embarrassing had to then go to reception wait in another queue to then go back to drinks queue lot of waiting especially when you have kids and stuff to carry , the beds are all took straight away towels down and people just leave them all day hard to get one , night time wasn’t great again not enough tables space or seats lots of people just standing very overwhelming, there’s a games room which my daughter went on the VR simulator and got upset so asked for it to be tuned off and get her out the lady operator who was in charge of the machine was rude and pushed my hand away while I was trying to comfort my very viable upset daughter telling me to stop touching her and let go of her hand so by then I just told the women straight and lifted her out then she proceeded to speak Spanish to her colleague and give me dirty looks . Then to top it off the people who where under us had a large terrace which my balcony opened out to and a man sat out drunk naked masterbating himself in full frontal view of me and my children absolutely disgusting!! Made complaints about it and wasn’t even giving an apology or anything just told ok ok I will sort it . Overall I wouldn’t return to this hotel especially the amount of money we paid for a week nearly £4000 for this 4 star it’s definitely not a 4 star and definitely not worth the money .

We have been to this hotel twice now And I would go again

But two of us had food poisoning With the sea bass I think it’s the sauces that are left out too long

The lady on the desk said it’s cos I’ve drank the tap water

I don’t even drink the tap water from an English hotel as it’s awful ! So no way I would be drinking out or a Spanish tap There is quite a few reviews now with food poisoning

Hotel Rosamar can you you sort this ??? Before my next visit please You can clearly see there is an issue with the food and it surely must be putting people off !!

Other than that we had a nice stay
