In the area, there is a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, and a bustling nightlife. A few metres away, guests will find public transportation links and, a 30-minute walk away, is the tourist centre. This hotel has a relaxing family atmosphere, making it ideal for a relaxing sunny holiday in Spain's world-famous Costa Blanca.

Let down itself
This was a 40th birthday Benidorm adventure for a right of passage. Our first impressions wasn’t amazing. We had been upgraded to a family room for 2 of us; sounds great but meant we had a double bed and a double sofa bed with a kitchen and more room. However being two lads neither wanted a sofa bed for 3 nights, when we heard the room we were supposed to have had two double beds we instantly realised the upgrade wasn’t quite what it was made out to be and only given as they didn’t have the rooms ready. When we turned out the sofa bed to find spots of blood on the sheet it was time to complain. Initially we were told we accepted the upgrade saying ‘fantastic’ but I can tell you this was not the case at all no such conversation happened. But the blood forced their hand and got us a room that we booked. The half board food was very bland and disappointing but apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
Definitely better places to stay for the price
Firstly, I've been to Benidorm many times and stayed at a good few hotel in the Rosamar location. Thought we would try the Rosamar this time as it was in the average price range for all inclusive. Let's start with the room, modern and comfortable. The walk in shower was great. The towels and linen were changed regularly which was nice. Pool area, more than enough sunbeds, shame most people felt a need to cue up before the pool opens to reserve a bed that they don't necessarily use until later in the day.... The poolside entertainment staff were polite and engaging but not pushy.
The only two points that were a negative for us and unfortunately between them both would stop us ever returning to the Rosamar. Number one was the food, lack of choice, especially if you aren't a fan of pork, it was with every meal... breakfast, lunch and dinner. A lot of the food was luke warm or dried out. Before you say "well what do you expect, its all inclusive!" We regularly stay at the Medplaya Ruidor all-inclusive and the food is second to none. On a plus note about the dinning, the staff in the dining area are very pleasant. So helpful and polite. Nothing was to much trouble and they work tirelessly with a smile on their faces, which brings me to my second negative. The bar staff were rude ( with the exception of Juan who was very polite and always has a smile), dismissive and ignorant. This is not just my personal view but also from other guest here with us now. I returned my glasses to the bar and on several occasions had the tokens thrown onto the bar without acknowledgement or a thank you, even though I had my hand outstretched waiting to receive them. This alone was enough for me not to recommend this hotel. Very dissatisfied ......
Ignore all the really awful reviews, generally a good hotel.
Location fabulous, rooms clean and beds comfortable. Food typical all inclusive standard for a medium star hotel, unless you are extremely fussy you will find something that you like. Main pool extremely busy with guests putting towels down early then using the sunbeds. Its stated in terms the hotel doesn't accept this but not reinforced. Adult only sun terrace a great quiet spot but sun early then goes behind the hotel until around 1-2pm. Didn't go to the adult hotel entertainment. The charge for use of the safe is unnecessary. We had a good stay at this hotel, shame about the negative reviews online. The staff we found to be helpful and polite, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. But the staff can only do what they can do when guests don't use the bins etc.
Great Hotel
Just returned from our second visit in 12 months to this Hotel,not much change,all is very good,rooms,service,food,amenities about the same ,not much to talk about,only thing that bothered us was noisey guests running about in the corridors shouting in the early mornings,also sun bed ques are a pain,you have to be in very earl to get a good located bed,the sunbeds around the main pool need attention,like last year they are all well used and saggy !!!! Overall this is a great hotel,good location,good staff and well maintained,we will be returning in 2027 .......
Excellent cheap break.
Pleasantly surprised as a first time all inclusive. Food was ok but good for the price. Lovely pool. Super life guard who was very attentive! Separate pool and splash pool if you have children(2/12 years) Really enjoyed our break there. Snacks were delicious, burgers, fries, handmade pizzas etc. Plenty of self service drink stations. Pleasant staff. Room very clean with nice big beds. Value for money throughout !
