This recently renovated beach hotel is located next to the shopping and entertainment area known as Rincon de Loix, 400 metres from the beach and close to Mundomar and Aqualandia. In the area, there is a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, and a bustling nightlife. A few metres away, guests will find public transportation links and, a 30-minute walk away, is the tourist centre. This hotel has a relaxing family atmosphere, making it ideal for a relaxing sunny holiday in Spain's world-famous Costa Blanca.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I was more than happy with our week here. Our rooms were spotless and all that was needed .gorgeous big shower, comfortable beds, Cleaner came in every day . Staff were friendly and helpful,. The whole hotel was clean , comfortable and airy . I found there was always something to eat for all tastes from breakfast ,throughout the day to evening meals ,including drinks, ice creams, desserts . Personally only the fussiest of eaters could possibly go hungry . Plenty of options to eat out for all budgets day and night locally. The kids pool was s great hit for our kids aged from 6 months to 12 yrs , at no.point did we struggle to get sun beds around here . Theres also big pool with entertainment in the day which looked like lots of fun for older teens, adults but we were happy around kids pool / waterpark. . Kids club with arts and crafts in cute air con room near kids pool available during day . Kids disco and then singer or some sort of evening entertainment but all quiet by midnight . Peaceful comfortable adult only roof terrace with bar available during day and indoor pool/ spa . Massages available. Bar closes at 10.30 pm for all inclusive. Premium drinks can be be paid for or pay a daily upgrade .Theres an arcade open until about 12 am. Levante beach is approx 10 mins walk away , there's shops ,bars ,restaurants across and down the road from hotel yet definitely feels like family hotel ,quiet after midnight. Only problem are the lifts seem to be frequently not all working and due to sheer size of the hotel it can cause long waits at peak times ,especially if using wheelchair or pram/ buggy . We had asked for lower floor prior to arrival due to mobility issues so luckily didnt have as much of a problem with this.
Ali Patricia Herbert Danti Victoria the best !! Thank you for the kinds words and attention
We've just come back from a 7 night stay at the hotel Rosamar.
A not so great start for our arrival we were allocated room 804. A hotel room that didn't lock, had broken aircon and a blocked sink. We checked in at midnight after some delays to our travels, spent a night with 2 young children in a room with a temperature of 29.5° as our aircon was on "full blast" according to the console. Got barely 3 hours broken sleep, went to breakfast and decided to complain about the aircon to reception. A maintenance employee was to be dispatched to fix it. 'Probably just needs the water changed over" we were advised.
Got ready to take our boys to the pool and went to leave to then discover our room door didn't actually lock. So reported this too and asked to be moved rooms. (The bathroom sink was also blocked) We had to wait in this hot hot room so we could re pack and be ready to move which was fairly torturous with young children too.
When the maintenance employee came to our room a while later he advised the aircon was a general fault that was awaiting an engineer so he couldn't fix this. Clearly this was known to the hotel before our check in but they decided not to care. After a fair amount of back and forth with reception we did get moved to a room on the fourth floor which apart from a loose tap fitting in the kitchen area was great.
Sadly losing almost a whole day of our stay between the waiting, repacking, moving and having had next to no sleep due to a known fault badly tainted our entire stay here.
The cleanliness was good, fresh sheets and towels as needed. Shower in the room was great and the food was better than expected from the reviews I had read. We're a family of 4 with very different likes/dislikes and we all had plenty of choices for every meal.
We always managed to get a sun lounger when we needed one but some extra parasols would be helpful.
The waterpark was a huge success with our boys!
Queuing for bars etc was very minimal and only at peak times and the staff in the restaurant were great.
The plugs on the breakfast toasters need attention!
The entertainment/mini club team at this hotel were what made the stay what it was and gave us the enjoyment back! The boys loved them all, especially Santi he was like a celebrity for them everytime they spotted him. He was always happy to say hi, remember their names & offer a fist bump/high five. He genuinely seems to care beyond his payroll. We joked he is just too good at his job but it wasn't actually a joke! Thank you to all the entertainment team for making our stay and first visit to Benidorm a success! From Frankie and Tony plus their parents!
Date of holiday... 2nd July to 9th July 2026.
The Rosamar is just a 5 minute walk from the beach. And is surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars, excellent location.
Extremely busy Hotel, good vibes, staff are great.
Our room was very clean, fantastic corner balcony on the 4th floor!! had a kettle, sugar, coffee, tea bags, and uht milk. The TV is 45inch and had a good selection of English speaking programs.
With a hotel this size, it's very busy, and to be expected can be noisy, when in room, we heard no noise, also, this hotel DOSNT allow stag, and hen party bookings.
The reception staff were pleasant, and welcoming.
Kitchen and waiting staff deserve medals!!! The restaurant is very busy, food is great !!
The entertainment is a hit and miss, all inclusive drinks are good, and ends at 11pm
The pool is a good size, with a pool bar, and is very busy, As to be expected, there are lounger vultures, dropping of their towels, however, we had no problems getting loungers, +3, after breakfast without being a towel prowler.
The only con, is... the elevators are poor, there are 4 of them plus a disabled one. I mean, you could be in for a long wait to get into one.
I'd be more than happy to stay at the Rosamar again, great value for money.
We had such a lovely stay at Rosamar Hotel in Benidorm. The hotel itself was great, but what truly made our holiday special was the amazing animation team. They were all so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly talented. They worked so hard every day to keep everyone entertained and created such a fun atmosphere around the hotel.
A special mention has to go to Santi, who was absolutely wonderful. He really bonded with my family and went above and beyond to make everyone feel included and happy. His kindness, energy, and personality made such a big difference to our holiday, and we’ll genuinely remember him for making our time there so special.
The whole animation team deserve so much credit for the effort they put in — they made the days more enjoyable and brought so much life and positivity to the hotel. Thank you for giving us such amazing memories, we hope to see you all again!
