This adults-only hotel boasts an outstanding position for those guests who need pure relaxation and at the same time a bit of action. The property is ideally located only 350 metres from the sandy beaches and a few steps away from Benidorm's city centre, where there are numerous shopping options as well as bars and restaurants totally for guests' entertainment. All the hotel's bedrooms are exterior and have wireless Internet connection for visitors to keep updated. Moreover, some of them even include extra facilities such as a private terrace to enjoy the view with a soft drink or a comfortable king-size bed with romantic and passionate features that give a unique touch to the guest room. Guests can exercise at the on-site gym, as well as disconnect at the wellness centre and enjoy a refreshing swim at the wonderful pool. Bussiness travellers might appreciate the meeting facilities. Hen and stag parties are not allowed at the hotel.

Great hotel - Just difficult to sleep
Location - great! Not a far walk away from everything. Rooms - incredibly clean, nicely presented and a nice space.. cannot fault it. Staff - helpful, kind and pleasant. Food - the buffet breakfast and dinner had a great selection and was all very well cooked! Cannot fault the food at all! Pool - was small but pleasant enough, always able to get a sun lounger, people did get up early to put their towels on the bed. Being an adult only hotel, means that you don’t have to put up with children’s jumping and splashing! Despite all of this we cut our holiday short by a few days sadly! This was due to our room being positioned on the right side of the hotel (evenly numbered room) … on floor 6 … above the stage of the neighbouring hotel. Every night between 9pm and midnight there was a singer… this was incredibly loud! The windows had great sound proofing for general music and noise but it was no match for the sound system of the stage… this negatively impacted our sleep so much so that we felt we had no choice but to leave early. We did ask if there was any possibility of changing our room but it was fully booked and reception could not accommodate a switch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who maybe wouldn’t mind being awake beyond midnight - sadly not for us!

Definitely one of the best
This was an excellent holiday, we have stayed in several hotels and would say this is definitely one of the best. The hotel has a very high standard of cleanliness, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There was a good selection of food every day and always hot and tasty. Great location and very reasonable prices at the hotel terrace bar. The room was a good size and modern. We would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future. The only slight complaint would be the noise from the neighbouring hotel which i understand the riviera can't be held responsible for.

Great food
Stayed in many many hotels in benidorm and always looked at this one and pit it on my list. Arrived 1pm room was ready. Receptionist very friendly. No balcony which was disappointing. Comfy clean bed. Big bathroom but very confusing shower. Next morning breakfast was probanly one of the best iv jad in benidorm and again staff lovely. Back to the room toilet wouldnt flush so reported it went out and it was fixed when we arrived back. Evening meal again lovely food one thing we couldnt fault. All in all a good hotel but not my favourite

My partner and I come to this hotel 3 times per year so I like to review at least once per year.The food in this hotel is exceptional. This is why we always come here.The staff are all ready good from dinning to bar staff.The rooms are spotless. Clean towel every day.I would say after many years its time the riviera gave the hotel a make over but this is just my opinion. I also wish the nightly entertainment on the terrace would return .Riviera terrace very quite at night since this was removed. Again wouldn't stop me coming gem of a place

Riviera anazing location horrendous next to noisy Rosamar hotel
Cant fault the rooms,cleanliness, food facilities and friendly staff at Riviera. However the noise blasting day and night from Rosamar hotel at night club volume meant a siesta and sleep before midnight was not possible. Couldnt read my book or relax at all. Surely environmentally this level of noise is breaking the law if not damaging hearing of the many children staying at the hotel.
