The RH Princesa Hotel makes the most of natural light so that you always feel close to the outside. Twin rooms all have balconies too so that you can get out and really make the most of those views and let the light in. The parquet floors maintain that sunny, Mediterranean feel and rooms are designed for comfort. With en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, you can really lie back and relax. Rooms are also equipped with satellite TV, telephone and hairdryer.
Something else the Princesa Hotel does very well is keep its guests entertained. With day and night entertainment programmes running throughout the year; musical programmes too, there's always something to help make staying in feel like the new going out.
There's a TV room too, as well as a lounge bar with free Wi-Fi, and even a babysitting service. We also recommend the wonderful Jacuzzi – and you really must try the hydro massage…or for some serious relaxation book yourself into the Spa and wellness centre for a few hours (at a fee).

Nice holiday some disappointments
Stayed for 6 nights with family including a toddler. Hotel is very clean, reception staff were excellent, very friendly. Room was perfect, again very clean and good air conditioning. Housekeeping were great each day. Stayed on 10th floor overlooking the pool which was nice, issue with lift taking a long time and we had no alternative as we had a toddler and pram. I contacted the hotel in advance advising that I am a coeliac and require gluten free food (we stayed full board), and had read reviews complimenting the availability of gluten free foods. The first day I arrived, the head waiter wrote a note in a book that I am a coeliac and gave me some gluten free bread, unfortunately this was so hard I could not eat it. They also checked with the chef to see what I could eat, thankfully the paella was gluten free which I was pleased with, I just wish the chips were gluten free too. I was excited that I had some other choices for food in the buffet but this declined as the week went on. I found it exhausting having to ask every time I went to the restaurant to see what I could have. Even if it was the same waiter, they didn't tell me what was gluten free without me having to ask, which seems different to other people's experience. They also kept some gluten free breakfast foods such as cereal, croissants etc, but this was also tiring having to ask every day for food, without having the choice infront of me. I wish this food was on display so I could help myself without asking for it, it would also help me with my choice to see the food infront of me. The foods changed each day for breakfast and lunch, some days there was very little I could eat, even one of the days the paella was made with pasta so it was unsafe. I arrived at 7pm for dinner one night, we were one of the first ones there. There was not many safe foods and anything there was was not to my liking. I asked the head waiter for gluten free pasta, she told me it would be 15 or 20 minutes and I had no issue with that. After about 35 or 40 minutes, I approached her again to ask if it was ready, I was concerned that maybe I had missed it and the waiter couldn't find me. She was quite rude and explained how busy they were and that it would take 15 or 20 minutes, even though this time had doubled already. I felt like an inconvenience and it put me off asking for anything again. Pasta does not take long to cook, I felt like everyone else was a priority. The evening before we were due to go home, I asked at reception about getting breakfast the following morning to take away as we were leaving early and they had a sign about facilitating picnics for guests. The man explained that cold continental breakfast would be available from 530 or 6am, it is just the hot food that is available from 8am. He advised that we could go ahead the following morning before 8am and help ourselves. We arrived at the restaurant at 7.50am and were refused breakfast because it wasn't 8am we tried to explain that reception said we could get breakfast but there was a language barrier. We went ahead and lifted some bananas and yogurts and left.
Overall this is a nice hotel, the food would be good if dietary requirements are not an issue. I felt disappointed by the choice on most of the days and would have found it easier if allergens were on display at each dish.
The children's pool area was great and the pool staff were friendly and helpful.
Returning guests again
Just home from our favourite hotel amazing staff who in my last review I said they are the heartbeat of the hotel . Massive thank you again to William who looked after my husband and myself at the bar for nice coffees during the daytime and lovely drinks at night watching the shows . Best hotel and can’t wait to return soon thank you John and Lynn coleman

Just perfect 😍
Just returned from a fantastic stay at this hotel. Checking was great greeted by a friendly face on reception. All staff at the hotel was happy to help . All staff work so hard to make your stay fantastic. From domestic, bar staff, restaurant staff the whole team are fab The food was very good always something different to eat . The snack bar was fine only tried this once but food was nice . The hotel its self was so clean from rooms pool area lobby all clean and tidy. Never had a problem getting a sun lounger any time of day . I’m not one to get up at stupid o’clock to get loungers. We upgraded to gold band when we arrived for 8 euros per day per person it’s well worth it because you get all brands of spirits and more choices of cocktails. The hotel is a five minute walk to old town and a 15 min walk to new town in a perfect spot. We will definitely recommend and return to this hotel it’s also lovely for children they have a separate area at back of hotel with soft play . Slides into the pool , games room honestly this hotel there is something for everyone.
Excellent from Start to Finish
We had a fantastic stay at RH Princesa Hotel in Benidorm. The hotel was spotless from the moment we arrived, and everything was kept to a very high standard throughout our stay.
All of the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. A special mention to the lifeguards and the bar staff, who were always so cheerful, approachable, and made us feel really looked after. Their excellent customer service made our holiday even more enjoyable.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, great facilities, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to everyone at RH Princesa for making our holiday so memorable. Highly recommended
Our Best Hotel Experience Ever! ❤️
After staying in many different hotels during our holidays, we can honestly say that this is by far the best hotel we have ever experienced.
Everything was simply perfect. The beds were very comfortable, the food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
Our room was always spotlessly clean and well looked after. You can really tell that the hotel cares about its guests and wants them to have a wonderful stay.
For us, this hotel deserves a big 10 out of 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We leave with wonderful memories and would definitely love to come back again!
