Great Find.
Currently here with my wife and four teenage girls.
This place is far enough from ‘The Strip’ but close enough for the girls to walk to.
It is also 10 minutes walk from Old Town.
A great location.
Hotel is very clean. Emailed in advance and requested 3 rooms close together and high floor if possible. This was granted.
We are on a full board basis. Food is varied and plentiful. Absolutely no complaints.
No problem getting sun beds when the pool opens at 10. Not sure that will be the case in summer holidays.
No ball games or inflatables allowed in the pool and this is strictly enforced.
Would definitely recommend the hotel to you.

Great excellent value for money hotel
Last night tonight home tomorrow, hotel lovely and clean very efficient staff very help full can’t do enough for you Great location 5 minutes away from shops in old town 2 minutes away from local bus service and at 2 euro no matter how far you travel Nice friendly atmosphere in hotel food very nice drinks good price (only no free water at dinner or evening meal) unless you are all inclusive Rooms cleaned daily general cleanliness of hotel excellent always staff around cleaning to keep everything ship shape Noise level very good for saying a lot of people stay here Would well recommend for anybody wanting a good value for money holiday We are in room 1205 overlooking pool and distant sea view 12th floor plenty of lifts no long waits really enjoyed our holiday well done to all the staff here
Fabulous experience
Location was excellent- Hotel was spotless, Rooms were lovely: we had a family room which had two double beds- air con wasn't great (prob because we was on the top floor) but they sent an engineer straight away to check it and offered to change our room (we sorted in by leaving the air con on all evening) We were all inclusive and the food was amazing- so many options and probably the nicest AI food I have had. Lovely choice of wines and drinks- Sangria was lovely :-) . Pool area was relaxing- No issues with getting a bed and umbrella. All staff were lovely and friendly- Only 1 negative with the whole holiday was that the view around the pool wasnt great - BUT a 5 min walk to the beautiful beaches which made up for it

This hotel lives up to its reviews. A great find for the price at this time of year.
Cleanliness-10/10. Hotel was spotless as were the rooms always staff around cleaning and every area restaraunt bar pool was spotless.
Food-9/10. Buffett at all meals is excellent lots of cold cheeses meats and lovely salad bowls. Alwyas varied warm food at dinner different themes each night with beefs fajita's pork kebabs etc as well as regular stuff like chips pizzas pasta rice veg breakfast same selection as expected of hot and cold food. Our kids (4&8) very fussy eaters but was enough so they did not starve. Table service for drinks as well. Could of been slightly more for kids but our kids as said very fussy.
Pools 8/10- splash area is great for kids mostly 4 and under. Our son was not confident enough to get into the pool so spent all his time here. The main pool is pleasantly warm and big enough. Children's pool is intially cold you would think It would be the other way around but two slides were great 8 year old loved it. Pools busy as expected this time of year. Only slight moan was no balls allowed in the pool and only certain inflatables stictly enforced.
Childen entertainment 8/10- The outdoor play area with mini golf, football, basketball, soft play bouncy castle and go karts is an excellent addition where they hold mini discos and had a foam party as well. Reslly good area for night time. Minimal seats but in this area. The anamacion team very friendly all spoke good English and spannish and were nice to the kids. There is a room for kids to draw watch tv play with consoles and play with toys basic but was enjoyed by our kids. Available late at night too to keep kids busy up to 11.30 and also during the lull after lunch. The actual activites could be improved during the day was basic stuff like tig, ring toss, water polo but the team try very hard and are enthusastic.
Staff- 10/10 All staff we came across were very friendly happy knowledgable and spoke good english apart from the lifeguards who had basic english but thats fine and expected. Our son cut his eye by accident in the splash area climbing on a toy he shouldnt have been but the hotel got first aid quickly and also paid for taxis to hospital and afterwarss continue to ask how he was.
Location 8/10. 10 minute walk to old town and 15/20 to new town and market. Very quiet at night and only moan was uphill walk from drop off with cases but not the hotels fault up a very quiet side street.
Overall a great hotel. Wpuld we retuen? Yes if we ever came back to benidorm we would although will be better family holiday hotels out there it was good value for what it was and was correcf to all the reviews.
Great hotel and location
Excellent hotel in quiet location close to the old town. Hotel is clean and tidy and all the staff are friendly and professional. We were all inclusive and the food was of excellent quality and plenty of it. Outside of the three main meals there was a food truck serving snacks like burgers, toasties etc. Besides the main bar the is also a pool bar. Outside areas are pretty confined with main pool in lower area which is complimented with a jaccuzi. In the upper area there is another smaller pool with a couple of water slides. Also wet area for smaller kids. Beside this pool is an area with caged soccer pitch and other kids entertainment. There is also a smaller kids club in the hotel. Although I never checked it out there is a gym, spa and indoor pools which I believe had a separate charge of 8€. Couple of things I would highlight. Both pools weren’t easy to access if you had a disability. One thing I found strange was the all inclusive policy. I was a “gold” member and yes there was a lot of choice of food drink etc. Yet if I wanted a packet of crisps at either bar I would have had to pay but if I asked for a bowl of crisps they were free. Similarly I could ask for a small tub of ice cream it was free yet more branded lollies and ice cream had to be paid for. So with everything else being included what is the point of charging a couple of euros for a bag of crisps? All in all though a very good hotel and I would certainly go again
