Hotel was great. Rooms were clean, hotel in general was clean. The staff were all lovely and polite, good with my toddler too. The facilities are excellent for children, from the pool, mini golf, bouncy castle, arcades, all great. We upgraded to all inclusive and food and drinks were all outstanding. Location is good - close to both old and new town.
Fantastic hotel, cater for all ages, gaming room a massive hit for my older boys 9 & 13 ideal if you have toddlers plenty for them to do. Hotel spotless, staff very friendly and welcoming,, huge variety of food, Would definitely recommend and hope to return we stayed in room 408 and it was ideal over looking the pool
This is my second time at the hotel, and once again we had a lovely holiday with all the family. The hotel was very welcoming and perfect for families. The staff were friendly and we all had a wonderful time together. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families.
Second stay at this hotel with my family, and would definitely return. Location is excellent to get to the old town which we preferred as we had a 3 year old with us, calmer than the strip ! Rooms are spacious and clean, we requested a higher floor and rooms together which the hotel accommodated. We upgraded from half board to all inclusive which wasn’t cheap at €32 per person per day for the gold upgrade but was worth it to have all the branded spirits and the additional extras it provided. On that note the bar staff are amazing, totally attentive and friendly, they worked so hard with nothing being too much trouble. The hotel locks up the pool areas till 10am which is brilliant as there’s no towels allowed on loungers until then so there’s no sunbed rush at stupid o’clock in the morning. There were always beds available even if we went to the pool later on which was great. The children’s pool areas was fab for our grandson and was never overcrowded. Hot snacks available all day from the food cart, burgers, chips, hot dogs etc which were all good. Included in our upgrade but fairly priced if you had to pay. Food in the restaurant is great, lots of choice and quality food for both breakfast and dinner, again the staff are fast, attentive and friendly. Was a great holiday, extremely hot and humid though, which wasn’t anything the hotel could control, but the air conditioning in the hotel was great and kept the general areas and the rooms cool. All the hotel staff are great, the hotel is very clean and the facilities are great. We will definitely return when we come back as a family.
Our 8th time here at this beautiful hotel and amazing as always. Currently still here and there have been a good few changes that has now improved this hotel even more. All inclusive bands now also open your room door so no more searching for your cards for drinks and doors Everyday they come around the pool with free items eg paella, tip tops and fruit kebabs Lots more activities for adults and kids in the main pool Some people are still moaning about queuing for sunbeds but not opening the gate till 10am gives everyone a chance and in all honestly you can still get odd ones at 10.30 Evening entertainment hads also improved with more singers than magic and acrobats Staff and food are amazing as always and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.
