Highly recommend!
Fabulous hotel! Really loved both the rooftop and the normal pool. The breakfast was ok, usual breakfast buffet. Had lunch one day by the pool and was very good, drinks on the rooftop also lovely! Rooms were really nice and although I was sharing with my 2 friends there was plenty of space for 3! Highly recommend.
Lovely hotel…
Firstly, I will say that if your booking this hotel be aware that the pool area doesn’t get sun until around 1pm - 1.30pm - this is not negative criticism towards the hotel as it’s not their fault but if we’d have known this, we probably wouldn’t have booked this hotel especially if your like us who live in the UK and wants the sun all day long but we appreciate there are also people who like to venture out in the mornings so this would be good for them…
Check In: We arrived at approx 11pm, check-in was quick and smooth, no issues whatsoever, staff were friendly and gave us all the info we needed on restaurant times for breakfast, lunch and dinner etc etc
Room: We stayed in the more basic room (can’t remember the exact room) but it was perfect for the two of us! Spacious, plenty of storage, kettle, hairdryer, beds were comfy and was nice to NOT have flat pillows 🤣! Shower was wonderful!
Cleaners: We were only there for 5 nights and opted out of having our room cleaned everyday as we are tidy people anyways so was more than happy to pass on this service, however, we saw cleaners in and out of rooms and always cleaning the reception area etc of the hotel! The hotel is super clean and smells lush so credit to them!
Pool Area: The pool and pool area were fab…Super clean, always a sunbed even when we came back from the beach in the afternoons! The pool side bar is great and also does lovely food! We were Half Board so ate lunch at the pool bar! Drinks were reasonably priced too!
Roof Top Bar: We only visited here once which was on the evening we arrived for a cocktail…It was nice with great views!
Food: We found no problems with the food at all. Always plenty to choose from at breakfast & dinner and plenty of salads, meats, cheeses etc which is what we like to eat when we come away - gives us a break from our typical english foods back home! The olives were lush! They had the usual cooked breakfast, pastries, toast, fruit etc and dinner was a mixture of meats, fish, salads, meats - no complaints!!
Staff: All staff we came across were super friendly and helpful….Never came across any rude members of staff! Its clear they work very hard and value us as clients/customers!
Overall our stay was fab and I would recommend this hotel to friends, family or anyone but just would prewarn them about the sun situation which again is not the hotels fault but for us personally we like somewhere where the sun is around the pool the moment it rises!

Beautiful hotel, bad aftertaste
I visited in February 2026 alone as a birthday treat for myself to relax after a very busy season at work (I also work in hospitality). This is an absolutely beautiful hotel not too far from the beach, the strip and scenic attractions around Benidorm. The restaurant and bar staff are exceptionally friendly, the rooms are immaculate and well kept, and there is a stunning roof top bar with panoramic views over the bay and city of Benidorm. Just to note though, the pool is not heated and I would dine outwith Benidorm.
I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel, until I checked out. I was due to leave very early in the morning to catch my flight, and I had arranged an early wake up call with reception and I booked my own Uber. When I went to check out at 6am, the gent on reception was quite curt and asked if I needed a taxi. I said no, I have an Uber booked. I’m not sure if there was a misunderstanding, but a taxi came and it turns out that the receptionist who checked me out had requested a taxi for me on departure. I again tried to explain that I had booked an Uber and apologised for the misunderstanding, but I was met with a barrage of abuse, including swear words and hand gestures, from the male receptionist on duty.
I have been to Spain on many occasions and enjoyed my time embracing the local culture, but I am afraid to say that despite enjoying this hotel with plans to return with my family, I will not be returning after the check out experience. I contacted the hotel on my departure about my experience but received no response.

Fantastic stay
Stayed for 4 nights and would highly recommend. Absolutely beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Would definitely return. Stayed in Penthouse suite 1611 - stunning views and you cannot hear the noise from the rooftop bar. Breakfast was fine-what you would expect. Food at the pool bar was lovely for lunch. Staff at the pool bar were absolutely lovely and were so helpful. Loved the rooftop bar in the evening-service can be slow but this did not bother us. Had a lovely gift in the room for us-a beach bag, a fan, beach towels and a miniature sun cream. This was a great touch!

Fabulous mini break
Beautiful hotel - all of the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Service was great at the bar and restaurant, housekeeping is meticulous. I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels which didn’t meet this hotel’s standards.
