Fabulousssss!!!!!!
What an amazing hotel! Great location, beautiful hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Very reasonably priced for food and drinks. The best thing about this hotel though had to be the staff. They were all amazing.
Spotlessly clean hotel, great location!
Cannot fault this hotel! We were originally booked at the Barcelo Benidorm beach but a week before I got told there was building work being carried out so I changed and paid extra for this hotel and honestly I can’t fault anything about it! Amazing rooftop pool in the day nice chilled vibes and lots of sun loungers and lovely downstairs pool plenty of loungers even at this time of year, went for breakfast and lots and lots of choice with no issues and plenty of room for all guests.. room was immaculate and PLENTY of room! We had a comfort room and I can’t fault the amount of space including a sofa bed, dining area, kitchen and then a seperate bedroom and bathroom all spotlessly clean! Would 1000% return to this hotel on cleanliness, location and the modern feel it had! If anyone is in doubt, don’t be you won’t be disappointed, holiday to remember x
Pleasant stay
Hotel has a very convenient location, 5 minutes walk from old town but quiet area away from the crowds. Very new and modern hotel, very clean and as many other reviews say it has a very pleasant smell although it was too pungent in the room the first night making me even fell dizzy. Check is smooth as long as you previously do it online otherwise it takes some time. Check in time is 16:00 which I find it extremely late ( I got my room at 15:00 ) The room is average size, clean, toilet was small, shower was the best thing… toiletries terrible… watery, shower gel was empty after first night and although we asked in reception, took 2 days to refill. Also with hand soap.. empty and not refilled… Swimming pool area was very good, for being pick time it was possible to find places. Roof terrace was amazing and drink prices were ok. Breakfast was disaster, big choice of food but everything was bad quality, coffee really bad… Overall for the price we paid, was a comfortable place to stay but nothing remarkable.

Exceptional modern , clean property We had seen reviews about cold food, we didn’t experience this it was always hot and lovely. Staff all very friendly and attentive

Stayed here again for the 3rd time, treating ourselves to the Sunset Suite. Stunning!!! Had extended for the 4th night but was told this suite was booked…received a message on Sunday (before moving rooms for the 4th night) saying we could stay in the same room! Bonus and amazing! Fantastic staff who remembered us, which is always nice, like when we remember customers that return to our bar! Always our go-to hotel as it’s so clean, so friendly Staff, great food. The bad reviews about the food really don’t deserve (our opinion) it, as the food is not “terrible”; go get food when it re-topped up, go early when it’s fresh…we had no complaints! Can’t wait to come again! Fantastic as the previous 2 visits!
