Fantastic Hotel Experience
Having a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The decor and ambience is fantastic. Great pool area and also rooftop bar and pool are lovely. Food is good and staff are very friendly. Special mention to Niko at the Oasis pool bar. She is brilliant and always greets you with a smile and warm welcome. She is. credit to the hotel. Thanks primavera park for a very happy stay. We will be back.
Great hotel and location
We were a bit apprehensive after reading a couple of poor reviews. All we can say is they must have had an off day. We found it immaculate, super attention to detail, and extremely friendly staff. Special mention to Luis Carmen, Michael, Katie and Omar. Thank you all for giving us a lovely stay. The hotel is ideally placed for the old town. The roof top bar and infinity pool are a must. Drinks prices very reasonable too. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel, recommended
Arrived at hotel 11:45am, check in was smooth, but rooms aren't available till 4pm, unless the previous occupants have left before 12, which is the checkout time, and they have been cleaned. You can use the hotel facilities whilst waiting, and they do have a secure place to put your suitcases. Our room wasn't available till 4pm:( Rooms are lovely, bright and very spacious, with mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom is large with a walkin shower.Housekeeping daily. For those that like to keep fit there is a small gym here with minimum multi gym machines, small weights and aerobic machines. Food in the restaurant is plentiful, with a good choice and show cooking.There are 2 bars one by the pool area, which kept spotless, and the waitress, Mica, is very attentive. The other is the roof bar, which again is spotless, plus there is an infinity pool and sunbeds up there. It does get very busy in the evening. Entertainment is minimal, your better off going into the old town which is just 5 mins away, or the new town 10 mins. All in all a very nice hotel which I would recommend.

Sisters 50th!
I booked this hotel last minute for my Sisters 50th. I have wanted to stay at the Primavera for so long so finally I said let's do it! We had room 111 and the most amazing view! The rooms are superb with AC and wonderful and comfortable. Shower and bathroom was perfect and smelt lovely. Laundry bags was provided incase. Safe etc and beyond! Breakfast well wow was out of this world! Couldn't be happier! Roof top pool staff view 100%. Perfect in every way! Pool downstairs the same! Saturday a live Dj and 🎷 plays from 12pm until 2pm and interacts with the guests it was so much fun and lovely to hear and see! Thanks guys. All the staff were lovely kind polite and wouldn't let you lift a finger! Mika she was lovely and beautiful too! The girls and guys behind the bar! I seriously can't fault this hotel and we will be back next year Aug 2027! Lots of love to everyone at Primavera Park hotel! Check in and check out was 💯 too!

It’s a pity really. This place is a nice hotel the most negative part of the experience so far is that the staff are not very helpful. It appears that we are frustrating them. There’s no smiles. It makes it very uncomfortable.
