This attractive hotel is located in the Rincón de Loix area of Benidorm, very close to Levante Beach, and a short walk from the Old Town and Benidorm city centre. In the vicinity, guests will find a plethora of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops. The nearest golf course is 5 km away. This hotel is ideal for a fun-filled holiday under the warm Mediterranean sun. However, hen and stag parties are not allowed at the hotel.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Always wanted to stay here, walked past many times and we did it. Arrival - (Fri) 26/6/26 late due to flight delayed arrived 03.00 am. The guy on reception greeted us was so welcoming he was lovely, very professional, very proactive and obviously very good at his job. After we all checked in, he handed us a bag each, my partner is diabetic (insulin). In each bag, 2 bread buns, 2 bottles of water, 1 tin of pate, 1 tin of tuna, 2 butter pots, fruit and crisps. Just perfect, just what we needed after a long day, very nice touch. The receptionist showed us how the lifts work and wished us a good night. Using the lifts are different to what I've used before, you press the floor of your room and the screen tells you which of the 3 lifts has been assigned to your floor. The lift beeps ro tell you which one to use, but no good if youbhave a hearing impairment like my partner. You can't jump in any lift, it only takes you to the designated floor highlighted on the panel. A big hotel so lifts very slow. Cleanliness - Reception was immaculate, very clean and smelt lovely. Lifts the same. Corridor to room again perfect. The whole hotel was amazing. After using the door card and walking into the room, (you can only use the room key, no other card works in the slot). The room was so clean and fresh. Bathroom the same, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, 1 towel for the Bidet, complimentary shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. Shaving mirror with light, 2 plug sockets. Overhead shower very powerful just pull the push pull value for this to work otherwise the smaller shower head works. Bedroom - Maid swevice every day (Luisa great work) the room was spacious, 2 large single beds, 2 bedside cabinets with bedside lights, plug and USB sockets. The balcony had 2 chairs, table and a towel dryer (take some pegs). Aircon just fantastic to switch on button on the top on the right, the tap left for cooler, right for warmer. Fridge big enough for water bottles, tea, coffee making facilities in the room too and replenished daily. Pool - amazing. Although people still queue for beds at stupid times, the comfy seating around the pool bar more comfortable than beds in my opinion. Was advised on arrival if you put your things on a bed to save it and do not return after 40 mins then it will be removed by security. Large aircon outside unit at the side of the bar. Security kept an eye on the unit and kept it topped up. The security team are amazing, they never stop working although we witnessed a female member of staff dressed in beige trousers and white polo shirt came out of the terrace staff door, approach the pool bar where the security guy was attending to the aircon unit, she spoke to him very aggressively, waving her arms at him, her body language towards him wasn't very nice. I don't speak Spanish but what we and other guests witnessed wasn't very nice totally unprofessional infront of guests, a d what weve seen totally uncalled for. Pool has 2 jacuzzi's one on top level (working) the other attached to the main pool (not working). You can walk into the pool as a slooped entry. Accessible rooms on the ground floor have sun beds reserved and signs attached. Very disability friendly. Board Basis - We full board, all meals buffet style, food fabulous always something to eat. Exceptional selection of hot and cold options, desserts and whipped icecream machine always a hit. My only issue is that apart from breakfast you must pay for all drinks with every meal even water, No complimentary drinks. €1.20 each bottle and you can not take your own in either. The queue for the bar is always long. Staff throughout the hotel are all very nice, polite, always happy to help, very well organised, remember to take your welcome card to the dining room each sitting so you're not refused entry. Also men must wear sleeved tops and dinner time, breakfast and lunch vest tops accepted. Dress shorts are also acceptable. The dining experience tainted on some sittings as some guests don't know how to act in a dining area, talking really loud on phone calls on loud speaker, not all English speaking either. But overall fabulous hotel, very professional hotel, would 100% recommend this place, Apparently if you show your welcome card at the bars and restaurants named on the front you will receive a discount.
We stayed at the presidente first week of July . This is our third stay and again we can’t fault the hotel . It is within the new town within reach of all Types of entertainment young or old the beautiful Levante beach is just a 5 minute stroll and is lined with music bars and restaurants. Following on along the promenade to the old town which has beautiful shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is lovely . Welcoming reception very modern and spotless . On Arrival the staff are always friendly and go the extra mile to help . They are quick to check in and they have a safe which has a small fee . The rooms are spacious clean and plenty of storage space . There are tea and coffee facilities within the room .we had a pool view which was on the third floor . The pool area is lovely with a main pool which slopes as you walk in . There is also a child’s splash pool and my favourite on the upper lever is a jacuzzi. There are two levels of plenty of sunbeds and the guy who works around the pool is always on hand to help if you are looking for an umbrella or extra bed . The food is amazing so many types of food on offer sure it would please anyone there is a large bar which also sell snacks like pizza . Chips , burgers and sandwiches etc . They also have music in that area in the evening . The prices are very reasonable and the drinks are as cheap as anywhere in Benidorm. They have the H10 club below the hotel which is very plush and have cabaret acts on every hour at night . Queen show is amazing and also Amy whinehouse . They have many more to mention . Drinks are discounted in there if you stay at the a hotel just show them your room card . I want to say thank you to all of the staff In the hotel as they are always friendly helpful and cheerful. We will be back
This was our fourth time at the Hotel Presidente and like every other time we were extremely happy with our stay. The staff were first class as always and the hotel was perfect. Our rooms were spotless and beds made every day. The food as always was spot on the choice and variation was great. The entertainment in both the Presidente bar and the Philippines 10 are excellent and the bar staff and waiters are great. The hotel as a whole gives a relaxing welcoming atmosphere and we cannot wait to return again. Highly recommend.
Being honest its a great hotel food is as you would expect plenty of choice.Dinks with your meals are very cheap wine & a beer about 4 euros. Rooms are very nice big bathroom with rainforest shower and a hand shower, air con is within the fan system so cold air is blown around the room. Cabaret clunb underneath the hotel (Philippines 10) is really good , great acts on & you get a discount on driks as a hotel guest. The only negative thing is the amount of sunbeds left unattended with towels on for hours, there are signs saying towels will be removed after 30 mins but it is not enforced. There are sunbeds available but if you want a parasol or shade you will have to get up early. Which is a pity as its an excellent hotel let down by this small issue. Would I come back ? Yes
Had a lovely time price of drinks good. Pool area lovely and met some lovely people. Food was excellent
