This attractive hotel is located in the Rincón de Loix area of Benidorm, very close to Levante Beach, and a short walk from the Old Town and Benidorm city centre. In the vicinity, guests will find a plethora of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops. The nearest golf course is 5 km away. This hotel is ideal for a fun-filled holiday under the warm Mediterranean sun. However, hen and stag parties are not allowed at the hotel.

Great holiday
First time at presidente ( have previously stayed at Sandos Monaco and the flash) firstly the negatives (as this is a mainly positive review) charged 34 euros for a safe (10days) no bath if that’s important to you and pillows did not scream 4 ⭐️ Lifts were often unreliable or not working Tea coffee etc in room on arrival but expected to pay for replacements On the whole for us this was a great hotel as it suited our requirements, close to the beach ( 3minute walk) plenty of sunbeds regardless of when we went down to pool ( this was September) in our opinion the best food we have had at either of the previous 4⭐️hotels, loads of choice and always something we liked ( husband us fussy eater!) The hotel sits adjacent to ‘the strip’ which enabled us to watch our favourite tribute acts with just a short walk back to hotel ( meaning we could watch but be back to hotel before it got too rowdy!) But I think the best thing for us was the entertainment which is attached to hotel ( Philippines 10) where they showed quality acts from 7 each evening ( Adele, Neil diamond, take that, greatest showman etc) meaning if we didn’t want to go out we could wander in after dinner (entrance is just off the restaurant) and enjoy quality entertainment ( and waiter service) before returning to rooms We weren’t bothered by lifts as we always walk the stairs , I would have liked a bath but shower was huge and offered overhead or side shower heads We had a balcony on 4th floor overlooking pool which was pleasant Room was not as big as Sandos Monaco but none the less very clean and sufficient Would we rebook ? absolutely! For us the positives would mean we would (and most probably will) rebook, great food great location, helpful staff, and great entertainment ( forgot to mention we are 70 but still enjoy a good night out!) hotel mainly caters for our age group although still plenty of slightly younger guests No children when we were here
Friends week break
Three couples went to the presidente for a seven day break. The hotel was clean friendly and the food was good quality. Our room was cleaned daily and we had fresh towels. The staff were helpful.
Not worth the money
Extremely disappointed. Not a lot to choose from last minute in the area, so went by reviews. Paid 1k each for a week from a Scottish Airport. Rooms are small but nicely decorated. When we got here were put on 7th floor, so we are dependent on lifts…could manage stairs on way down but not up at aged 70. However, TWO out of three lifts were out of order. The day after we arrived there was no hot water from 11am to 12pm. Not great for a four star hotel. Food is OK, very similar to most Spanish hotels …but middle quality and not a lot of choice. We certainly wouldn’t rave about it. Restaurant and furnishings are very basic and sparse, and everything seems done on the cheap. Very disappointed and will not return.

Hotel review
The hotel and staff are excellent. We were on haf board basis,the food was very good,and always hot.the reteraunt was spick and span and the waiters and staff were very polite and helpful.the room was cleaned ,and supplied with clean towels etc.every day.the facilities were exceptional, only thing I can add is that this is the second time there and we are looking to book next year.

wonderful hotel
This hotel is lovely! The rooms are clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable and being on the 8th floor we slept incredibly well. We also had a pool view room which meant we also had sea view which was an added bonus.
Pool area is large with plenty of sunbeds, throughout the week we didn’t have to once rush down to get a sunbed.
The food quality is good, felt repetitive at times but in all fairness that’s not a criticism as most hotels are like this. Big fan of the ice cream machine!
The lifts let the hotel down a bit, I like the idea of it telling you which lift to get in but pure luck how long you will actually be waiting for a lift. The lifts also seem to have a mind of their own!
The location is excellent! Close to bars, shops and restaurants. Only a five minute walk to the beach and to the market.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and will certainly return in the future.
