Stayed here for the 1st time . Great experience ,
Stayed full board but only had mainly breakfast and the odd lunch and evening meal ,
The staff are all fantastic and friendly and keep the hotel spotless ,
Every time I used the restaurant there was plenty of choice trust me you won’t go hungry and all very nice .
I’m in room 304 and a very clean room , beds very comfortable and pillows too . I don’t have a great view but I’m out all day exploring , I highly recommend the hotel port vista oro especially for location to everywhere . Beach old town and bars and restaurants and would 100% return here .
Thanks to all the staff they do a fantastic job 👍
Absolutely brilliant hotel would recommend. Only let down which the hotel can do nothing about was a section of idiotic British guests who basically take over the hotel with there childish. But the staff are so helpful and friendly and majority of guests are great!
Back from 4 days at Port Vista Oro and it was a mixed experience. We booked for a short holiday and firstly, the location of the hotel is great. So convenient for old town.
Now, the rooms weren’t amazing but they weren’t awful either. Dated and basic but also clean and fresh which suited us as like I say, 4 days we weren’t actually spending lots of time in the hotel room. The cons were the walls are pretty thin and even thinner window glazing. We were expecting noise, we’re no strangers to Benidorm, however there’s a difference between general scuffle to hearing every conversation. 2 nights were almost completely sleepless nights due to our neighbours who were staying for the “benidorm” experience, and were drunkenly clattering, shouting etc across 2 or 3 balconies and even had guests from another hotel in one night. Again, not a problem having a laugh and enjoying themselves but to hear almost every interaction from 11pm - 5am is ridiculous. I didn’t raise this with the hotel as it was our 2nd last and last night, so I can’t comment on their resolution to this as a potential room change or anything would’ve been more upheaval for us, but it did feel like we were on the “party” side of the hotel which is not what we’d booked for. If you value your sleep, it’s maybe not the best for you. We were facing a wall so no views or streets to people watch on either.
Breakfast was good on the day we used this.
There was always a friendly atmosphere in the hotel and several nights there was entertainment on, which although we did not stay for it was nice walking past the lobby and seeing people enjoy themselves.
Overall it served its purpose for a short and busy stay, but would be dubious about booking for anything longer.
Very clean and staff were good however as I had chosen a room on my own I was put in a very dark room with no sun that was facing a wall about 15 away air conditioning was all nonexistent was on all the time and made no difference very uncomfortable room
Great location!! Very nice staff!! Breakfast and dinner has been very good. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Would recommend
