AWFUL HOTEL The staff do bot like the English and make no effort to communicate with us. The hotel is mainly Spanish and the English are not liked, everyone was rude towards us all. (Myself and other English families) The rooms were kept clean to a reasonable standard, although my room was never brushed and always had sand in the bed. Air-conditioning is different for 2 rooms we had, 1 room amazing air-conditioning, other room it was colder outside. Food was awful, no selection, and repetitive, if you are a picky eater you will starve. The bread was rock hard, food cold, and being harassed by waiters to kay for drinks Pool was decent but I would not come back
Great Location Shame About The Weather
Called for 3 nights and struggled to find accomadation until I came across this place. Basic rooms with the most bizarre location of lamps on the headboard just inches above your head, my wife slept the other side of the bed and I went for the middle bed luckily with no lamp. Breakfast was okay although most hot stuff was cold 2 out of 3 times. Bar was okay and priced well. Needs a revamp and would possibly stay again.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing 🫶🏻
Just arrived today at Mont Park, what a warm welcome 🤗 I have been to this hotel on many occasions and it has never disappointed me, the lovely Man on reception always greets us with a smile, told me today he is retiring in a few months, what a loss to the Mont Park, had a few drinks at the hotel bar on arrival and as ever reasonably priced, the rooms are great, basic but exceptionally clean as is the hotel, fab view of the pool and beach front, went for lunch, hot food and delicious, a choice of paella, roast chicken, ribs with salad, chips etc, restaurant staff are really friendly and helpful, yes you have to pay up front for your drinks with your meal however I haven’t been to hotel that offers half board or full board that doesn’t do the same and I have been to Benidorm so many times and visited so many hotels that I feel I have earned the right to say this, so for all the people that have reviewed this hotel and slated it, I don’t know why ????? I love this hotel ❤️

Unfortunately unhappy stay
No fridge or tea making facilities didn't have many choices of English breakfast while Spanish guests had plenty of choices of food not really a hotel for English people staff. Unfortunately not very sociable bad choice for this year's fancy dress fiesta would not stay there again
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
ust coming to the end of our 9 night stay at the 3star Mont Park. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! Aperthetic staff, Aircon only on from 2pm-7pm, worn, tired decor from the 1980s if not earlier, food so bad that we eat out rather than face breakfast, it took intervention from our travel agent to get a light bulb changed, we are in our mid 60s and are the among the youngest here. Not made to feel welcome, Please do not waste your money coming to this hotel unless your into soviet style accommodation. Pools nice though.
