5 Star Experience
5 star from start to finish. This hotel and the team are amazing. It is an oasis to escape from the bustle of Benidorm. Great location for the old town and 2 minutes walk from the beach. Rooms are beautifully laid out with everything you need. The pool area is great to chill out on a Bali bed, take a dip in the pool and of course great cocktails. I would like to thank Laura the Deputy Manager and her team for looking after me and my 2 friends so well. We felt like VIP's and nothing is too much trouble. I will be back and highly recommend. Thank you Mercure Benidorm for a great stay.
A little Oasis
Stayed for a couple of nights at the end of our Spanish holiday. A lovely calm Oasis in the middle of the Benidorm madness. From the outside the hotel looks nothing special but inside it’s a different story. The rooms clean and spacious with excellent air con. The lobby opens up to the outside pool area which is set up beautifully making you feel you are miles away from the high rise hustle and bustle outside. Breakfast was fabulous, so much choice and tasty. The pool bar was inexpensive and the main hotel bar and especially Juan were very accommodating when helping choose which wines to drink. Plenty of parking underground across from the hotel meant no worries about finding somewhere and safety of your vehicle. A would go back again.

Lovely short break
Just left after a fantastic 4 night break at the Mercure Benidorm.
We arrived at 10am after an early flight, checked in efficiently by Michel who let us know the room wasn’t ready but they would text when it was - we left our luggage and headed to the beach and received a text around 2pm to say the room was ready.
The room was fine, a few signs of wear and tear but nothing major and all worked well - the air con was excellent and much needed.
I saw the reviews regarding the gym and hoped management had listened to the other comments about how terrible it is but they haven’t - it’s terrible, unless you want to do cardio (x-trainer, bike, treadmill); a few light free weights and no benches or cables. 10 Min walk away is Synergym which is £15 for the week and very good but the hotel gym is really really really poor!!!
We stayed bed & breakfast and can’t fault either - the breakfast was good with puts of healthy options as well as not so; I’m gluten free and their GF French stick & GF croissant were amazing.
All in all a very good trip, roadworks in the town centre can be heard but not too bad, the queues for the pool beds at 0830 are to be expected with a small city centre pool in the summer but a big shout out to the staff and especially Michel for being so helpful and professional.

An Oasis in Benidorm
Beautiful hotel thats is lanscaped with trees that gives it the feel.of an oasis. Stayed in deluxe king size room which overlooked the pool. Staff are super friendly welcoming children. A quieter classy hotel with chill vibes and music round the pool. Very close to the beach. Breakfast was amazing. Lovely cocktails. Its a relaxed sophisticated hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. The staff were extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was spotless, the room was very comfortable, and every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
