This hotel is situated in Benidorm's tourist centre, just 150 m from Levante beach and a few minutes' walk from the town centre. The hotel lies around 65 km from Alicante airport.
The hotel also offers a total of 168 rooms as well as a children's playground and a video and a TV room.
The rooms are equipped with a full bath, balcony, individually controlled air conditioning, heating, cable television, satellite TV with channels such as Sky news, Sky sports, CNN and Eurosport, telephone, optional safe, possibility of including a crib and hiring a mini-fridge.
There is a swimming pool with a children's paddling area available for guests' use in the hotel grounds.
There is a buffet-style restaurant which boasts a wide variety of dishes from both Mediterranean and Continental cuisines.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Not for me!!
My sister & I stayed for a week. Clean hotel, food ok, staff in resturant misserable!! Cleaner friendly, reception staff lovely, shout out to Laura on entertaiments, she is fab & made our holiday!!

Not as good as it was
Third stay at this hotel, love the location & the staff. Room great. Stayed half board & must say food has gone down hill dramatically. Really poor! Sorry to say. Roast beef one night, 3 nites of pork and the rest was worse! Talking to other guests we wasn’t the only people saying, it’s going down hill. €5 for a Koppenberg can’t upgrade like before to premium all inclusive.

Fantastic hotel rooms clean and food great ,always a bed at the pool ,just a nice relaxed vibe there ,my family and I won’t stay anywhere else

On the whole excellent
Fabulous hotel our 5th visit. Spotlessly clean good facilities food very good and reception and bar staff lovely. 2 little niggles two of the woman clearing the tables in the dining room very surly not at all friendly and the hotel really need to move the smoking area at the top of the steps up from the pool into the bar area I really really object to having to walk through cigarette smoke just to get into the hotel the designated smoking area should be well aware from non smokers/people with health issues having to walk through would the hotel please look at this move the area further along the balcony.

Almost There!
We have just added up and realised we have been holidaying in Benidorm for 15 years. There have been huge changes but if this was my first time to experience Benidorm and all it has to offer than the Riudor would make a good choice. Although it is placed centrally on the famous strip once those bedroom balcony doors are closed it is remarkably quiet…we were on the 8th floor and slept well! Try to catch the Greatest Showman in the bar…they were a breath of fresh air..as a lover of the film I thoroughly enjoyed their enthusiasm and attention to detail. Yes this hotel ticks so many boxes..the food in the restaurant ..especially the porridge.. is great but now I have to be honest. I don’t go on holiday to be miserable I do try to smile…life is too short! All the cleaning ladies in the restaurant were a challenge..admittedly I don’t speak Spanish but a smile, a laugh, an acknowledgment that we were actually there would have been nice instead of their surly miserable attitude. I gave up bothering after a couple of days..I knew I was wasting my time! So apart from them would we return…oh yes in a heartbeat!
