The hotel is situated in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, 2500 metres away from the city centre and 600 metres from the Levante beach. There is a bus stop 300 meters away. Alicante airport is 60 km away. This hotel offers a total of 195 double/twin rooms, all of them with balcony. It offers a 24 hours reception desk with money exchange service, an air conditioned restaurant with views to the pool, bar café, TV and reading room and internet service. All rooms have a balcony and come equipped with bathroom, TV, phone, air conditioning, heating and safety deposit boxes (local charge apply). The hotel offers a sun terrace with two swimming pools and a hot tub. Clients may use sun beds and parasols as well as a small pool bar and showers. There is a daily and evening entertainment program. All meals are offered with a buffet style.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Wedding Rings Disappeared from Our Hotel Room Safe box
During our family vacation, two of our wedding rings, including one with a diamond, disappeared from the safe box in our hotel room. We immediately reported the incident to the hotel and filed a report with the Spanish National Police. We also submitted formal written complaints requesting an investigation and preservation of any available evidence. After filing the police report, an employee came to our room to question my husband about reporting the incident and mentioned the possibility of filing a counterclaim. This made us feel uncomfortable and intimidated. Before we left Spain, we did not receive a clear explanation about what happened or the outcome of any internal investigation. Our wedding rings had irreplaceable sentimental value. I am sharing our personal experience as guests and recommend that future visitors keep their valuables with them and report any incident immediately.
An enjoyable stay despite a few minor inconveniences
Just returned from a 3 night stay half board. Check in was quick and staff very helpful. Location was perfect for us, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes walk with the strip and beach all within a 10-15 minute stroll.
The room was small for the 3 of us, squeezing by the pulldown bed became bothersome especially in the middle of the night for bathroom visits. The room itself was spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. Beds were comfortable and air con worked perfectly fine. The rainfall shower was frustratingly devoid of water pressure and we found ourselves resorting to the handheld one.
Food was ok at best, maybe a lack of options for lunch and dinner which could be problematic for fussy eaters but breakfast had everything you needed.
Pool area was nice and chill, not too busy especially for the height of summer. The elevators were problematic, only two in the hotel with each one going out of service at different times. Thankfully we were only on the 4th floor and could use the stairs but we frequently noted queues building around each dinner service.
Despite the few minor issues mentioned, I thought the hotel had a relaxing vibe and offered good value for money. I would happily stay here again. For me the location, cleanliness and customer service outweighed any minor inconveniences we experienced throughout the stay.

4 day break did half board food good room very good and cleaned daily hotel staff good did not use the pool area but looked very nice and clean.would we return YES enjoyrd the mini break very handy only a 10 min walk to the seafront Thankyou REGENTE

Would stay again !
Great 6 night stay, Room was cleaned every day, shower gel and shampoo provided. Coffee tea and kettle in the room and a fridge. We were on half board and really enjoyed the food . Cooked breakfast, fruit , cereals omelette, crusty bread in the morning and a good salad choice and hot options. Microwaves are available if you want to heat the food . Really good coffee machine, fruit juice not great. Special mention to Juan who ran the restaurant, very lovely hard working man and Almo guest relations who was really helpful. Most staff were lovely (except lady on reception who wasn’t helpful and barely looked at us when we were waiting to leave) the pool area was quite busy but there is a sunbathing area on the balcony next to the bar which was great. We would definitely stay there again as it had everything we needed. We got the bus to Althea 2 euros each way which took about 25 minutes. Bus stop by Lidl.

Shocking
Been here half a day and literally the only saving grace is the San Miguel. Rooms: not enough room to swing a cat, (big one for me as I fit it for a living)… A/C… an absolute joke, it’s like getting breathed on by an 80 year old asthmatic with warm breath… asked for a fan at the front desk “no”… and maintenance won’t be here until tomorrow… “ok then, my 3 year old will just slow cook until then” 👍🏼
