Arrived 15th of june 2026 welcoming reception, room was very nice perfect for what we needed fresh clean & modern, its had refurbishment since our last previous stay 2017, staff worked very hard always helpful & friendly. Entertainment was excellent something for everyone so thankyou for that, Nacho had just started on our last holiday here, he mentioned about his English not so good when he began and yes we remember but hes excelled, proved worthy of his position as the Entertainment manager, hes pure class lovely man, we never spoke personally this time, but you can see it how he treats his fellow workers and holiday makers ***** great sense of humour killer pool lol, food was excellent plenty of range breakfast lunch & dinner, snack bar super, also you wont go hungry, would definitely recommend & return , thankyou for making our stay a memorable one wish we were still there, Carol & Andy x
Also thankyou to the cleaners spotless rooms daily x
Arrived and found out you had to pay €4 a day for the safe. We then went to our room and OMG it was small. Also it was very hot and the air conditioning is totally waste of time. Couldn't feel it on bit Went down for lunch and there wasn't much choice THIS DIDNT CHANGE MUCH THOUGH OUT THE WEEK . I can honestly say I had 7 things to eat in the hotel and we were AI. Breakfast every day was burnt think you'd break your teeth on the fried bread. Not much dessert choice. We also enquired about pool towels. €20 each deposit ( other places have changed €10 ) which you do get back at the end of your stay BUT you also have to pay €2 each towel per day ( never he'd that before ). Pool area is very cramped no personal space between the beds see juds entertainment twice in the week I wouldn't recommend going to this hotel
honest review from a young at heart 60+ couple. I would give 4.5 if I could we just had a lovely 4 night stay. checked in at midday. room was ready. reception staff gave us a lovely greeting. we booked 16 hours before arrival so took the last twin/double room. Talk about last minute...we luckily got a pool view although it wasn't booked as one. we had room 310. 1st impressions. quite small to what we would normally book but then realised it was perfect. lovely bathroom with walk in shower. ( Be careful the shower floor can be quite slippery) All was very Clean. small balcony but no privacy, as the balconies are not in a straight line to each other. the neighbour on the left overlooked ours. but no problem for us at all. Bed was extremely comfortable. tv lots of English channels. safe was cheap. 4euros a night. small fridge and done the job. air con wasn't great but we mentioned it to reception and the maintenance guy worked his magic. much better. The restaurant staff are very polite and quick at replenishing food and clearing tables. food was lovely and hot. not a huge selection compared to others we've stayed at but it was nice food. My partner is fussy and struggled only 1 evening. The lifts were the only issue. They took ages. it's quicker to walk the stairs. Evening entertainment for adults started at about 9pm, not bad either. on our last night we had Adele tribute and then another female singer with a mix of songs we were all inclusive. had to pay for branded spirits and it's a paying bar after 11pm. Nice and central to Bars restaurants and shops. just a couple minutes walk from the main strip and 5 minutes from the glorious beach. We would stay again and would recommend it. Thank you Regente for a lovely stay.
Pros. Good location short walk to the beach and nightlife areas. Good evening entertainment. Cons. we went all inclusive family of 5 it was a waste of money. Food was dull and repetitive probably the worst ai food we have had. Drinks at bar are only cheap local brands you have to pay extra for named brands. Kids ice creams and slushes etc you have to pay for. The extra we spent on all inclusive would have covered us to eat and drink out. Overall a nice hotel in great location but definitely not worth going all inclusive.
Stayed here in July, only good thing I can say is the room was great, clean and tidy. Food was ok, but not much choice and theirs ‘kids corner’ isn’t kids food, my child ate plain pasta before we decided to eat out the rest of the holiday Now the pool, good thing not cold, massive downside is no balls in pools or floaties unless your an infant. We spoke to lifeguard one day who told us what size to get, came back played in pool with it, next day same lifeguard told my 9year old off for the size of it! There is no difference in size from a round floatie to the net float you lie on and they are allowed on the pool?! Meant to be on a family holiday but kids can’t have fun at the pool!! Would def not recommend this hotel!!!
