Great hotel in a great location
Great hotel and facilities, this hotel is one of the best that we have stayed at in Benidorm and offers some of the best food that we have had, it's close to loads of facilities and the rooms are great.

Not a great hotel
We stayed for 1 week from 10th October, me my partner and our 22 month old, we've been to Benidorm 4 times previously I can honestly say this was our worst. The air con situation being turned off because its not summer is ridiculous it was 27 degrees and the night time our room was boiling, especially trying to keep a baby cool, who unfortunately became ill with a temperature towards the end of our stay and we had to sleep on the balcony with him as it was that hot, reception couldn't care less and basically said the aircon has been on for 2 weeks longer than it should. The pool is freezing and doesn't get any sun until 3pm and then they close it 5pm when everyone is actually enjoying it...and the I door pool is closed (honestly. You couldn't make it up) The food is poor, there was no child section, we gave him some fish at one point, luckily my partner tried it first as it was full of bones. The drinks were nice I will say that, and the location is ok, but I wouldn't return.
Not child friendly
Don’t book this place ! Not child friendly at all . The food was disgusting and not much choice for toddlers to eat ! The rooms are boiling hot because they won’t turn on the air con ! We made a complaint about a man singing non stop in the room next to us at night and they didn’t do anything about it ! Kept my baby up all night ! Drunk men fighting out side the rooms! Pool gets no sun and it’s freezing cold ! And the indoor pool is closed ! Don’t waste your money
Another brilliant stay .
Just returned from our third visit in twelve months and we were not disappointed. This is definitely our happy place . The ambience is great, the food just as amazing as we remembered friendly staff good entertainment like minded friendly people and good value for money. We will definitely be back.
