Not a four star
After sitting on the transfer bus for a hour and a half and arriving at the hotel. There was one person on reception attending to 10 lads which took ages. I had requested a middle or upper floor to be allocated a first floor room when asked about this i was told the hotel was fully booked.The room was nothing like the website it was small with just a wardrobe no extra storage.We had a very old air conditioner unit. The paint was off the toilet seat,polyfilla on the bathroom wall were things had been taken off.Definitley not a four star!!!! Breakfast was awful we ate out all week. Very little choice no cereal when we asked for anything we got a sharp reply 'No". The waiters were not pleasant or helpful.We feel paying a lot of money for our annual holiday was a complete let down. Best thing was the location.

Excellent hotel, great staff and brilliant location between the Strip and the Old Town
Perfect location the rooms could do with an upgrade
The hotel was in a perfect location for our group between the old town and the lively strip in the evenings along with a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The room were a bit dated and the €4 euro charge per day for the safe seems excessive The only issue we really had was on the Friday and Saturday we were told that the pool bar was shutting at 19.00 for private functions and one of the people in our group was told they could no longer have a drink at 17.30 by the bar person. Overall all the group have said they would stay again because of location and apart from the pool bar issue all the other staff were very helpful for the whole trip

Agir Springs Benidorm
Stayed for a week, breakfast ok but not great, pool small but does the job & the rooftop bar is very nice. The rooms are cleaned every day & towels replenished daily. Perfectly situated between the old town & the madness of the strip etc. Would 100% definitely stay here again.
Fantastic stay
Fab place to stay and perfect for the Strip and also the old town. Beach is a 2 min walk. We had half board , however out of choice only ate one evening there , good food, breakfast was good , with plenty of choice from eggs, bacon, fruit , cereal , crossiants. Great roof top pool area and bar. Room was lovely , we upgraded to a suite with avenue view & I would highly recommend this option. Will definitely book this hotel again when we come back to Benidorm.
