Very Political Hotel - Stay away
I had a 50th birthday flag on my balcony for 4 days until they forced me to take this down, saying you cant hang flags, with it being pride week, i pointed out there were pride flags hanging on many balconys, when they looked at them, the answer, thats ok because its pride, seems like my birthday flag offended them, but pride flags was ok, 6th time in this hotel, and that was my last.

The most noisiest hotel on the strip!
Currently staying at the Agir hotel in Benidorm and after being here for only 4 nights with 3 nights left to go. I have never ever stayed at a hotel that is more noisy than this one. If it’s not the awful sound that comes from the sink basin or bath when people have a wash which has woken us up everyday as our neighbour seems to like to have a shower at 7am every morning. It’s the noise coming from people coming in at 5am and slamming their doors and then deciding to sit on their balconies on the phone, smoking and being very loud. I have not had one decent night sleep since being here. On top of all that you can hear every noise from rooms above even if it’s just opening and closing the wardrobes there is just constant noise.
The breakfast is disappointing. We stayed at the inside Costablanca in May and that was gorgeous. This breakfast makes us not want to bother. The cooked food is cold, not a lot of selection, one cold drink choice, the waiters are not friendly. We’ve heard everyone saying the same thing, it is not a friendly atmosphere in the restaurant.
Location is great can’t say anything bad about that and our check in was smooth and friendly.
The pool is dirty, the edges round it are constantly green and you can see a layer of grease film on the top. We also ordered a salad on our first day at the pool and waited over an hour for it to be told the chef wasn’t available at the time we ordered it. By the way the pool isn’t really pool it’s tiny.
All in all we won’t be coming back to this hotel it has disappointed our second visit to Benidorm.

Fabulous hotel
This hotel offers spotlessly clean rooms and common areas. The breakfast offer is vast but the hot option is cool at best. There are plenty alternatives to eat. The pool isn't a swimming pool but more a plunge which works for cooling off. Transfer busses do not drop outside the hotel as it appears to be in a "no stopping" part of the road. Central to restaurants and entertainment.
If you don't mind missing nights worth of sleep, then this hotel is for you!
The hotel is clean, the rooftop pool is good, the staff are helpful, the breakfasts are okay, but only lukewarm, coffee is good,after saying that, that's about it? This is one of the loudest hotels we have ever stayed at, its 3.28 am we are here now listening to all the people sat on their balconies shouting and bawling at each other! Selfish, selfish people! Do not book here unless staying awake and partying all night until 5 in the morning is your idea of fun?
Great stay in this hotel
Lovely hotel, great location. We had a suite with Avenue view which was fab. We were on the 2nd floor close to the lift which was the only downside to our stay. The lift was very loud and would waken us through the night. The staff were all very nice in the reception area. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels left. The pool area is lovely with comfortable beds. Overall a great stay.
