From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The reception staff encouraged us to go for lunch as soon as we booked in. The restaurant staff could not have been more gracious or helpful. The food was like a five star hotel. The selection of foods was amazing. The food was really fresh and beautifully presented Our room was spotless and comfortable. We arranged to have a balcony room and it was a great idea. We had the option of resting in our room and going onto the balcony to listen to the music. The entertainment was a mix of family games, Spanish dancers, and tribute singers. We had been twice before but not for the past eight years as we hadn't gone away since COVID. The hotel put a bottle of wine in our room as recognition of us being returning customers. Terry in the bar was her usual fantastic self. This can be said of the restaurant staff who have been there 20 years. To quite Arnold Schwarzenegger.......I'll Be Back!!😎😎😎😎🍾🍾

Very strict hotel, no pool floaties aloud. Only small round toddler ones but not the bigger ones. Only aloud lilo with a net in the middle,sold in the hotel shop. Can not have any inflatable balls. Pictures show a big pool inflatable and the water balls, not once were they out in the 10days. Kids entertainment- there was a kids club but we did not use, they came round gathering any children but would speak in Spanish so you didn't know what it was for. You get told off alot as you have to find out the rules as you go. Can hire towels at 10euro each and get your money back at the end but shop did not open till 11am to get them. Snacks bar- you are not aloud in wet and have to dry off before entering, only aloud soft drinks or beer/wine in snack bar. Can not order any cocktails.food was same everyday in snack bar, chips,ham and cheese toastie, pizza, burgers,hot dogs,fruit. Slushies you have to pay extra for. Had 2 different lollies plus ice cream, the others were extra and no cocktail menu, the staff are the menu,so it's hard to find a drink you want but they do have a different cocktail of the day everyday Can not take any food to the room or out of the snack bar. Card system is a pain, only one drink per card. Restaurant- lunch and dinner is table service so have to wait to get drinks but there is lots of staff and they are quick. They are also quick to clear your plates. Kids options- always pasta,chips, hot dogs Sometimes chicken nuggets, only once in the morning we're pancakes in 10days. Location is ok. About 10/15 minute to the main strip, Lidl about 5 minute walk away. Water park is just up the hill. Walkable distance with a small child, small incline but taxi back is 5 euro. Water park was really good. Breakfast starts at 8 so can't get a drink beforehand. Snack bar didn't open till 11.30 and main indoor bar didn't open till 10am so if you do early breakfast there was a gap without getting any drink. Pool opens at 10am but can't use indoor bar if wet and have to dry off before. Lots of rules Clean hotel. Rooms were good. Wouldn't come back

The hotel is in a good location and was nice and clean throughout. The room was a decent size, although the fridge barely worked and took a long time to cool anything down. The air conditioning technically worked, but you could hardly feel it.

The staff were pleasant enough, but very little information was provided at either check-in or check-out. We barely even received a goodbye when leaving.

The all-inclusive package was far more restrictive than expected. Instead of a wristband, you were given a key card that had to be used for everything, including ordering food and drinks. It was also the same card needed to power the electricity in the room, meaning you couldn't leave the air conditioning running while you were out. We did leave one key card in the room one day, but when we returned, the cleaners had switched the air conditioning off anyway. It felt like the hotel was constantly trying to cut costs wherever possible.

Another strange policy was that at the end of every dinner service, guests had to hand both their room key card and the drinks list provided by their waiter back to reception. We were told this was for stock control, but it just added to the feeling that the hotel was overly restrictive and focused on cutting costs.

There were also lots of unnecessary restrictions with the all-inclusive package. You weren't allowed to take food from the snack bar around the pool, and to access the snack bar you had to enter a small indoor area and make sure you were completely dry first. During dinner, the only drinks available were beer, wine or water from a small fridge in the dining room, with no access to the full drinks selection included elsewhere.

The food was average at best. There was plenty of choice, but many of the dishes didn't seem to go together. For example, on most evenings the only vegetable available was Brussels sprouts, despite the main dishes being things like fish or sushi, which felt like a very odd combination.

Unfortunately, there were several arguments between guests during our stay. Staff appeared to simply watch rather than intervene, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable at times.

The pool area was good, and it was easy to find sunbeds. There was also an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, which had to be booked and were very enjoyable. However, most guests seemed unaware these facilities even existed. Apparently there was also a gym, but we never found it.

The entertainment wasn't particularly impressive from what we saw, and we didn't stay long enough to watch much of it.

Overall, the hotel was okay. It wasn't a terrible stay, but it certainly wasn't anything special. The many restrictions on the all-inclusive experience, combined with the inconsistent food, lack of information from staff and the hotel's apparent focus on saving money, meant it didn't feel like good value compared to other all-inclusive hotels we've stayed in.
