Staff useless
Lied to us about room availability & type of room. Reception staff useless, rent a cop security stupidly strict in and around hotel (no alcohol & food allowed to rooms btw). Just hard work in general. It’s Benidorm for goodness sake

Abbi, Ossy and Dima were amazing at serving us had the best time for the lads birthdays, great atmosphere 🎉🎉🎉
