This hotel is located in a lively area of Benidorm, in Rincon de Loix, only 150 m from Levante beach and 1 km from the city centre. Many bars, restaurants and shops are located in the vicinity. This beach hotel was completely renovated and offers a total of 120 rooms spread across 6 floors. The welcoming standard rooms are equipped with 2 single beds, a panoramic window and a sofa bed. Non-smoking rooms are available on request. Superior rooms come with a terrace and pool view. The hotel offers a large garden terrace with 2 swimming pools, and a fabulous roof-top terrace. The seasonal entertainment programme rounds off the hotel's leisure facilities for adults and children on a daily basis.

Absolutely incredible! Clean room very nice time, the best time with my family thanks to the staff.
Our 1st stay at magic villa
We stayed for a week at magic villa, we were worried after reading the reviews, there was 3 of us staying in a family room. The room was very clean, no balcony however we did know this was the case before we arrived, it was a decent size, a little dated but absolutely fine, we were facing the street but had no issues with being disturbed on a night. The staff were friendly and helpful, we did all inclusive and we were very happy with the drinks, the beer was Cruz campo and it was strong, all cocktails, slushes, spirits, tea, coffee and non alcoholic drinks were included. There was 1 bar serving the full hotel but we usually got served quickly, the bar staff were very friendly too. The breakfast was good and the rest of the food was actually ok. The main problem was the smell around the pool coming from the drains, it was awful, one day I had to move beds around 4 times to try and escape the smell! This spoilt our stay. The only other concern was that you could only leave your sunbeds for half an hr, after this your towels were removed, which meant if you nipped to the restaurant for food you would come back to no towel on the bed. The hotel could do with some touching up especially near the indoor pool, but our stay was better than what we thought. A bit of advice would be to allow guests a little longer to leave there sunbeds u occupied.
A family of fun....
Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Its in the heart of Benidorm. A family hotel. Clean, friendly. Lovely food. Regular throughout the day. Nice pools. Comfortable hotel room.

Week in Benidorm
Came on a budget week and hotel was perfect. Rooms cleaned every day, whole hotel spotless in general. Reception staff always smiling and helpful,nice pool area and we had beds everyday. This hotel is cheap to come to but more than worth it. Also great location.

Not that bad.
Guys. This hotel gets a lot of flack…. But it’s not that bad. The rooms are large, air-con works well and yes they have no balconies but the windows open fully to give you a fully open view. Breakfast is ok. And ok is pretty normal for Benidorm. The pool is a decent size for the hotel and there are plenty of beds. It is what it is. And you get all you pay for.
