Nice summer vacation
I actually stayed in this hotel in September 2018 and it was very good. I really enjoyed it. Breakfast was diverse, so as the main meals. Its location is very near the beach, like 3 min-walk. It is also very close to the main streets where you have plenty of other restaurants and stores.

Really nice
Great all inclusive on a decent budget.We only came for 3 nights but location is right in the centre of the old town,2 mins walk to the beach.Staff where extremely helpful and even had complimentary Cava,beer and soft drinks in our room.Massive selection of food,drinks and snacks.The only negative is the rooms are s bit tired and dated,but they are clean and serviced well daily.I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying all inclusive for a reasonable price in Benidorm Old Town.

Mixed review. Negative points - hotel badly needs updating. No electrical points in our room apart from one right behind the fridge and wooden unit. Air Con unit worked really well but is again right behind the fridge and wooden unit so blows out onto that, not into the room, we had to pull them out into the room to feel the benefit of the air con. Beds were super hard, I can imagine some folk ahving problems with them. Bathroom was basic but clean and functional. On the positive side - The hotel staff are very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was decent, lots of choice and good service. The hotel is situated less than five minutes from teh beach and right at the start of the old town, so plenty of great restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Free internet was fast and reliable, and we didnt have to re log in everytime we used it, making life a bit easier.
I understand the hotel is closing soon for a ten month refurbishment. Badly needed and will be interesting to see the result.

Just lovely.
I really enjoyed it here, no complaints. Great food, great location (smack bang in the old town, which is gorgeous). Some may have mentioned that this is popular with more mature persons, but so what? There's something for everyone here regardless. I'd go back, definitely.

Great for the over 60s
I stayed here with my friend for 4 nights. The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is basically set up for its vast majority of guests which are Spanish and over 60. They seem to love it and were all having a really good time. But that meant that most of the time the entertainment, food and general goings on around the hotel weren't quite what I would normally look for in a hotel. The all you can eat buffet which comes with the all inclusive is very basic and I found it hard to find things I would want every day. That said, they did have rabbit and swordfish amongst other things, they were just very over cooked unfortunately. The all inc drinks included known brand names like baileys and Malibu, so that was good. The 'snacks' in between meals were ready slated crisps or olives. The hotel is very well situated. Directly opposite a newsagents type shop and the beach was literally just at the bottom of the road.
